Wonderful
The hotel had very nice aesthetics. Room was big, clean and had all that we needed. There were free parking spots each time we've arrived at hotel. The breakfast was nice. Staff was professional and helpful.
There was 25-26*C in the room for most of our stay and it was impossible to turn on Air Conditioning. We asked staff as we were leaving for city to enable AC, but when we returned from the city it was disabled again.

The staff were wonderful. They gave us a great recommendation for a seafood restaurant nearby which was the highlight of our food experience in Italy. They also loaned us an adapter charger for our phone. The room linen was top quality and the buffet breakfast on their rooftop terrace was delicious . Highly recommend.
Loved most things. Discovered the relaxing lounge at the end of the trip.

Room is cozy somehow, you feel like home once you go in the hotel, although it has a weird architecture.
AC is not working well. Room was so hot they bought us a fan! Im not payin 700$ for 2 nights to sleep with a fan. The breakfast was too shy and poor. The service at the breakfast was bad. We didnt go to breakfast the 2nd day. The bed is not comfortable at all.

I stayed here for 6 nights . The location was excellent , very near to the metro station, comfortable room size, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast but same everyday..

Good position, close to the metro station, nine stops to Duomo.
Hotel has a parking.
Air conditioning is terrible, fridge heats up the room and doesn’t cool a drinks.

Bed was comfortable. Staff pleasant.
The decor - brutalist! - dark and oppressive. wooden shutter box on window. Weird shapes in bathroom, unhygienic sink, not enough hooks in bathroom. “Chastity board” dividing twin beds made the room even darker and more oppressive, also more crammed sleeping.

The room was clean and the service was good. Nice staff and good breakfast.
The location is good in terms of moving around the city - there's a metro station nearby. There is also a supermarket and multiple fast food restaurants very close by.
Overall was nice a stay.
One of the windows in our room was not closing properly, so we could hear the noise from the club that's not too far away.
