Location.
All the power plugs were hidden making it not user friendly. On my check out day, I asked the front desk manager to help me translate a few sentences because I could not understand Italian and she was very impatient and unfriendly. Even though she did eventually translate for me after I asked her again, she did it unwillingly with an unfriendly face!

Connecting rooms for family is a great option. Very nice design lobby, gym and good buffet breakfast. There is a lovely rooftop bar. Great location to explore Navigli.
The hotel lobby and other facilities are great. Rooms are a bit less than expected. The bed was nice and big but the pillows were rather small. There was s TV in a room but was unclear how to watch it, since it was hanging quite far from the bed. Instead, In front of the bed was s bathtub which was odd. Overall, room was a bit shabbier than lobby and other areas.

It was ok but a bit rough around the edges. The rooms were stupidly hot and aircon was not very good. On the one day went to see the pool the bar was shut.

Pretty comfortable bed (though a bit on the harder side for those concerned) in an overall clean hotel room with otherwise decently modern furniture. The whole room is quite large, with ample size for 2 people with luggage each.
Really enjoyed the alternative/artsy vibes of the lobby and different floors, especially the art and dark-ish design—felt special. Here, I also have to point out the crazy entrance to the lobby, super cool installations (presumably fixed installations).
Staff was nice and dealt very efficiently with check-in and -out, which is highly appreciated. We didn’t book breakfast, though it sounded alright price-wise at about 20 Euros per day and person (and others told us it’s a good breakfast overall with quite a bit of variation).
Location is great if you love or want to explore Navigli. It’s about 30 mins from the city centre by public transport otherwise. Can be a pro or con, depending on the individual. We like walking and exploring, so it was fine. Took Uber when we were short on time.
