Pleasant
Breakfast was really good! Huge selection and very delicious.
The room was very spacious and overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was great and modern. All the decorations and details were super cool.
Room:
The noise level from the room was awful. Rooms were very badly isolated. To an extend that you could hear the person in the room next door sneezing and it sounded like he was in your room.
The shower head was not working properly.
Hotel facilities:
What was really disappointing was that the first two days the rooftop and pool were closed, apparently due to weather which was totally fine. All other rooftops in Milano were open, except this. And we had picked that hotel basically because of its rooftop with pool.That was very disappointing for the price you pay.
Service:
Overall service was also not the best and inside bar was closed very early. So when coming back at 23h (Friday/Saturday), hoping for a last drink neither the rooftop nor the inside bar were open.
At the rooftop, when ordering a cocktail you did not even get some nuts or olives, whereas elsewhere you've always had that along with your drink.

The room and decore were lovely, most of the staff were wonderful and accommodating.
The restaurant staff are amazing. The food was also good.
They decorated my sisters room as requested for her birthday and gave us a complimentary glass of processco on arrival.
I had a lovely view of the har and pool, very quiet in the rooms
The security was rude, and some what aggressive in his approach, rather than asking if I had a room he assumed I didn't and almost blocked me from entering the lift.
There was an eggy smell in the hallways, and the baths and bath panels were not particularly clean

The roof top pool/bar and the variety provided for breakfast.
We were put into a room with broken air conditioning (which the hotel safe were aware of in 32 degree heat outside) and had to communicate twice in order to move rooms. However, the woman who helped sort this was great and she upgraded our room.

I love everything about the place, location, staff and the decor

Fabulous hotel, the staff are wonderful, design is brilliant and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was super!
The price of drinks at the rooftop bar! €20 for mediocre cocktails and €10 for a small beer. Also good menu very poor in description so beware!

the room was not ready at 6 pm and the hotel looks dated with its crazy design and for 600 euro a night it was bad.
