The Hotel had a beautiful vibe and art feel. Which is very different than regular hotel. The morning breakfast was amazing, lot of options.
Rooms were good but unhappy with bathroom/bathtub.
Staff was non welcoming, no smiles. And the bathroom had broken and old shower panel. Even I found an insect crawling in washroom. The kind of price you pay you didn't not get the value. Specially the bathroom shower fittings were old and flimsy.
Bathroom, Bath tub and shower panel, all were old rusty and didn't like it atall.

nhow Milan is an amazingly designed, modern, and unique hotel. Everything is clean, well organized, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and pleasant, and the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options.
One of the highlights for us was the rooftop area – the pool is beautiful and the atmosphere is fantastic, especially after a day of exploring the city.
The main downside for us was the location. The hotel is relatively far from the nearest metro

We loved the room and the location. Everything was very clean and the pool area was beautiful.
Despite the pool area being very nice, we thought it was pretty ridiculous that they charged 40 euros per person to use a lounge chair. Also the staff came over to tell us (quite rudely) that we weren’t allowed outside food or drinks. We literally only had our water bottles and they said this wasn’t allowed. When you’re paying 350$ per night, I’d expect a little more than this when using the facilities…

Slow service, especcially on the pool side, pool was dirty, not enough day beds and can’t move them anywhere but there’s no SHADE on the hottest and sunniest days?
It makes it harder to enjoy the pool area since it’s not healthy to be under the sun for too long.

I stayed here around Christmas, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I especially liked the layout of the room, which felt spacious and well-designed.
The location wasn’t ideal, as it’s in a quieter residential area and a bit far from the main attractions.

Breakfast has varieties but quality not always consistent e.g eggs are overcooked, orange juice not fresh etc.
I have been a guest since 2017. Overall hotel staff not very warm and hospitable. They have much room to improve especially in greeting guests and helping guests with their requests.

Location.
All the power plugs were hidden making it not user friendly. On my check out day, I asked the front desk manager to help me translate a few sentences because I could not understand Italian and she was very impatient and unfriendly. Even though she did eventually translate for me after I asked her again, she did it unwillingly with an unfriendly face!
