The hotel is located between the central train station and the center, a walking distance from both which was exactly what I was looking for. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. I especially liked the breakfast, one of the best I've had in hotels with more selections than I could eat.
It'd be nice to have a robe in the room. There is not much else I can think about.

Room was well laid out and clean. The breakfast had a great range to choose from. The bar area was well situated and enjoyable.
In room TV could have had more English speaking popular stations available.

The hotel enjoys a favorable location, and the staff is courteous and attentive. The breakfast is enjoyable and conveniently offered, enhancing the overall guest experience.
The room, while cozy, feels a bit compact. Additionally, the shower and bathroom appear outdated and could benefit from a renovation to better align with the standards expected of a chain hotel.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Very important when walking all day touring Europe. The bathroom was spacious. Great for getting ready. Aesthetically pleasing room and hotel design. Wonderful staff that made special accommodations for my birthday celebration! Thank you for making me feel special.

Room size was comfortable there was enough space to move around. The hotel location was good everything is within walking distance. The lobby and bar area are nice.
The bed mattress was too soft. The shower door was not practical, water was all over the bathroom floor.

We liked everything, breakfast was great, the staff was really helpfull and very kind. Also the room was comfortable and it was close to restaurants, Milano Centrale and about 20 min walking to the Duomo.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing breakfast. Nice location, close to tram and bus stops. Close parking as well. Nice staff!

Location is great and peaceful only a 3 minute walk to the tram/metro to get to Milan city centre. The staff made sure we enjoyed a great Honeymoon welcome with gifts and comlplimentry champagne. Rooms were clean and the AC was just wonderful in the hot summer.

Be careful and don't even give your credit card number to them. They charged my card twice. They charged total amount before check-in, deposit an amount during check-in, all fine but they charged the total amount once again after I checked-out without my PERMISSION. Just because of their fault I stayed abroad with unsufficient funds. It is unaccaptable. Also they DO NOT EVEN reply my request...

Location
I checked into what was promoted as a four star hotel. The crib I had pre booked never arrived on time, taking more than 24 hours despite 4 repeated requests. The bed was broken. The shower was dirty and cracked. I was moved to a second room, but that too had its own set of problems. The couch was damaged, the TV and telephone did not work, and the electronics across the room were non functional. At this point, the issue was no longer about a room. It was about a system that did not care to notice or fix what mattered most.
The most shocking part came after all of this. Their version of service recovery was to send a junior guest experience team member to hand over two aperitivi and a box of chocolates. No manager came forward. No inspection was done of the second room. There was no meaningful dialogue, no action, and no sign that the hotel had a clear process in place to recover from what was clearly a failed stay. It was a disproportionate and shallow response that said far more than they intended.

Beautiful Hotel had all the luxury and friendly staff
Our room wasn’t ready on check in, we waited an hour and noticed another group waiting were given free drinks, we were never offered, our room was nice although a view to a stair well, our spare key was taken by the cleaner and they took our towels but only replaced one, didn’t replenish tea or coffee or milk. Other than that it was ok. Room service expensive and not many options at the in house restaurant.
