Room was excellent, very nicely decorated and clean. Warm and cosy. The hotel itself is in a reasonable location for guests who need access to the central train station.

The hotel is outstanding. The room was enormous, the bathroom as well, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was also rich and varied. The location is in a sufficiently quiet area, yet still close to the center. Public transport connections are excellent

Everything was great. From the moment we arrived, the room was already ready early in the morning, which was a wonderful surprise. The room service was very nice as well, and we especially appreciated that the room was cleaned again the same evening—we noticed it when we returned from dinner. The late check-out was also extremely helpful, as it allowed us to work comfortably from the room before leaving.

Although the room was made up every day and towels were changed, the room remained dusty and wasn’t vacuum cleaned. A/C or heating wasn’t working in the room. Barely any response from room service when needed.

Staff were very helpful and room size was huge.
There wasn’t a variety for breakfast and also, the hotel looked a bit dated.
