Modern, clean, comfortable, great beds and quality bathroom. Lots of space. Staff were great and was able to leave bags. Good location for central station, very close.

Location can be very useful as the hotel is located near the Centrale station. Facilities were relatively modern and clean, with a very good value for money
The isolation from noise within the building was pretty bad. Could easily hear other clients’ footsteps and voices from the room as well as water (flushing, showering…)

The hotel is within walking distance of the train and metro stations. The room had a good layout and was super clean, with everything covered in tiles, even the walls!!!
The noise from the adjoining room was quite annoying.

Our room had a seating area, so we were able to lay out our bags without crowding the sleeping area. Breakfast was quite nice with a lot of different options. Loved the cappuccino machine!

Perks of location are the good public transport links, however it seemed like a bit of a ”shady” street but this is often the case when near a central station.

The location is convenient, with easy access to the central train station and both the green and red metro lines. This makes it easy to get around the city and reach different attractions.
Although the hotel has been renovated and looks modern, the soundproofing is very poor. Noise from neighboring rooms and the street can be heard clearly, making it difficult to rest peacefully. We complained several times about the neighboring room playing the TV at a very high volume after midnight, but unfortunately, the staff did not take any action to resolve the issue. Constant noise from neighboring rooms and the street, which became noisy as early as 6–7 a.m., left us unable to sleep properly and made us feel sick. We were not happy with the cleaning as well.
There was also no tea or coffee-making facility in the room. We had to ask several times for tea bags and paper cups, and even then, we received only a few. Considering the relatively high price of the hotel, these basic amenities should have been provided without having to request them repeatedly. Additionally, there was a problem with the bathroom sink drainage.
