Everything is new and very clean. Beds are very comfortable.
The hotel and rooms are very very dark. There’s no light bulb that can be turned on except some scattered ambiental lighting. E.g. I couldn’t do basic makeup in front of the mirror as I couldn’t see anything.
Addionally, bathroom light turns off after a while during showering, so you are forced to exit the tub for sensors to detect the movement.
The neighbourhood is somewhat scary.
Overall I didn’t feel good staying there.

Very convenient location if you need to be close to the train station. I got a room upgrade without asking for it.
sometimes it was a bit noisy (when the window was open), and the room did not have plenty of sunlight.

Air condition was not working from the room, was manage from reception it means was too hot 25 or too cold 19-20.

Very clean and modern, very comfortable. We were able to keep pur luggage there after checkout which was great.
We could hear everything from the street as if the window was open (which was not), so in the morning we were woken up by the street noise of cars, etc.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room and hotel itself was very clean and well kept. 5 minute walk to centrale train station
The area surrounding the hotel did not feel very safe day and night. Groups of people would gather around the hotel and the street it was on and it felt very uncomfortable and intimidating walking past them. No tea/ coffee or iron in the room.

Very friendly staff. A comfortable room, excellent shower. Very good choice at breakfast. Very handily placed for the train station, 4 minute walk.
Hotel is located in quite a shady area with a few dodgy looking characters around but that said, I was not approached by any of them. If you are looking for a nice neighbourhood you can stay in better areas but I wanted to be close to the station as I was going to be on and off trains in my stay
