The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent.
We were surprised that a 4-star hotel at this price did not provide some basic amenities such as complimentary coffee and tea, bottled water, hair conditioner, or a toothbrush and toothpaste. These are items that are usually expected in hotels of this category and would make the guest experience even better.

The hotel is relatively new and close to the central station. Bathroom is nice and spacious.
The surrounding area did not feel very safe, and the loud noise at night was quite disturbing. While walking outside, the girl behind me was robbed. Fortunately, I was with my boyfriend at the time. We spoke to several locals, who told us the area is known for robberies and drug-related activity, which made us feel quite uneasy.
The hotel’s soundproofing was also very poor. We could clearly hear the guests next door talking and laughing, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The room size was excellent compared to many other hotels. The staff were very friendly, helpful, professional, and always available whenever needed. Check-in was quick and effortless. The location was excellent just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. I highly recommend staying here!!!

The hotel was excellent, with a great location close to public transport, restaurants, and shops. The room had a modern, minimalist design that I really liked. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything was clean, and I had a very pleasant stay.
The only downside was that the room had no wardrobe or closet to store clothes and luggage. It would also be nice to have a small table, a sofa or chair, and a little more storage space. These additions would make the room much more comfortable, especially for longer stays.

Corridors a bit closed in (no windows) and hot (it was a heat wave) - but rooms were cool and quiet.
