We've got a room for two and for the price is ok for what you get: a very simple room, some hangers, the bed and the bathroom with a hair dryer. The hostel is just outside the city center and quite reachable by line M2 with the metro (you need to walk about 7-9 minutes from the station). There are some shops and restaurants around. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. We had an issue with the door and they solved it the same day. I also liked the amount of toilet paper that was provided and two big trash cans.
Be ready to pay the city tax. Also, only one key. We had an issue with the door: some different guest was able to OPEN our room in the middle of the night. It was even locked from the inside and they managed to open, which makes you feel very unsafe. Luckily, nothing else happened the following nights and the staff changed the lock the same day. The shower head is very small, has a very short hose and you can't hang it as the hook is broken. Another very uncomfortable thing is the way you need to enter the hostel, especially at night: they buzz you in. It would work if the staff were always at the reception, however, they take a long time to open the door. The very first night we arrived it took them at least 5 minutes to open the door, we were waiting with other guests that were already hosted and also couldn't get in. We were ringing constantly and no one answer (at least they should leave a notice or something). I don't think there was a night were we didn't have to wait outside in the cold for the main door to be open.

It's a wonderful hostel, nice staff and facilities, fast WiFi, great location, only 7 minutes walking from the Milano Lambrate Train station. I will always stay here when I visit Milan.

The location is okay, the garden is cute
Upon arrival, the dining room and its entrance were heavily contaminated with the odor of sewage. The second-floor veranda was closed. The provided towels were damp and lacked freshness. The blankets emitted an unpleasant odor. The room lacked a designated area for hanging washed clothes. In the showers, the light automatically turns off, and you have to open the cabin door to turn it on. Additionally, the toilet is devoid of hooks for hanging bags or other items. Furthermore, the dining room does not feature vending machines offering beverages or snacks. The renovations in these rooms and buildings appear to be quite old.

The hostel bathrooms and showers were clean and hot water. It’s easily located into the center 30mins by tram, bus or metro. We stayed in the 3 bed female dorm. It was spacious and although cold the staff gave us extra blankets. The price of the room was affordable .
The facilities.. there is one kettle and one microwave. But no plates, cups, spoons. The staff on reception are unpleasant and don’t know much information.
The corridors smell of weed and downstairs in the common area there were a few guys who were on something, i would feel a little uncomfortable if I was alone.

Location close to the Lambrate Station, good connection but a bit challenging route to the hotel. It was not that close and the street lights a bit dimmed during the nights.
It was not cheap, although they name it a Hostel, we rent a private room at that time which cost 80 eur per night. Our room wasnt cleaned even after 2 days stay. We were in the ground floor NEXT TO THE COMMON GARDEN which was very loud at night. We have lovely window, but we cant open it because someone (or group of people) will chat and sit right next to our room..

It's a wonderful hostel, nice staff and facilities, good Wi-Fi, great location, only 7 minutes walking from the Milano Lambrate train station. I will always stay here when I visit Milan.

Staff was good. And location was easy to reach from Milan Train station.
The shower pipe was too short. I was not able to sleep for both nights, not even continuously for at least one hour. There was a huge noise from people talking and public transport. The windows should have been soundproof.

The room was clean with good air conditioning, and it’s just about a 9-minute walk to the train and metro stations — very convenient!
The towel was quite small, and I’d recommend adding an extra mirror for more comfort.
