Big and clean hostel. It was very pleasant to arrive at the hostel open the roomand see an amazing bed , clean room and toilet with towels inside the room. Downstars there was a dinning area where we could put things in the fridge andyou could find a coffee machine that for 0.7€ you could get a nice coffee.
The hostel is 5-10 min walk from a train and underground station, it helped a lot. But we arrived on Bank Holiday in the evening-night the area was dark, looked old, it didn´t have many shops, at least not open at that time ,... and on top of tht you have to walk under a tunnel to reach the hostel... so it was a little bit scary. On week day with sunlight it looked better. Although we wanted to walk from the area to the centre and wesaw it was not a pleasant area to walk.

Staff are okey
There are people who live there full time
It’s very loud all night
I found blood stains in the bathroom amongst other things
And the showers were dirty and couldn’t fix the shower head to the holder at the wall

Facilities and room were very clean and regularly cleaned.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Reception is open all the time so even if you are out and come back after midnight someone is there to open the door for you.
Bathrooms are clean most of the time as they are regularly cleaned.
Bring ear plugs because the rooms are very near to the train rails and they are very loud even after midnight.
Better bring your sheets. Although the ones provided are clean and ironed, they have minor stains.
Most annoying things come from other travelers who place smelly shoes inside the room or make loud noise in the hallway. To be fair, the hostel has great rules but people do not respect it.
Lockers are spacious and can easily fit a full carry on hand luggage. Just bring your own lock

Room was clean and OK. Wifi was good and USB chargers provided was good. Passable for the price range for the service offered. About 5~10min walk from station.
Bathroom didnt had a towel or too short shower gun and was not comfortable. Beds were OK and not the best ones though . Atleast one water bottle could have been issued. Ok for the price range and few services could have been better like bathroom

Very spacious and clean, appreciated the amount of bathrooms and showers per floor so there was never a line to access ‘em. It also felt safe and welcoming, the staff was helpful. Elisa is a great cleaner and we had such great chats!
I think the staff should inform the guests of all the rules about the hostel during the check in, it really much felt like I was discovering more rules as the days would go. I was totally disappointed by the fact that there is no kitchen, if that was mentioned in your page it would’ve definitely changed my plans, as I also paid a lot of money for only two weeks. I understand it’s Milan and it’s an expensive city, but as a backpacker and a traveller of the world, I rely on hostels especially so I can cook my own meals and save money.
