I don’t really find anything I like.
The vanity table was dirty. The shower bar was not functioning, and we can’t take shower. The radio bar was supposed to offer us 15% discount but they refused to do so. It’s just a ridiculous stay.

Property is beautiful and very well located near the Milan Central Station. The rooftop is nice and the staff and wonderful all across the property. And the pizza spot da Michele near by is super good!!
It was a bit far from the tourist attractions areas like the Duomo di Milano and surrounding areas

The valet staff were extremely rude — they actually shouted at me because I booked a taxi instead of using their usual one.

The room was sooo dark and the layout was so uncomfortable, very small bathroom and the shower door was if front of the toilet in the bathroom, was not happy and comfortable in this room at all
