I stayed 3 nights and there was no cleanign service nor towel change. I believe they should provide waste collection, towel change and some cleaning (especially the bathroom)

The host contacted me via WhatsApp prior to my stay, giving me precise instructions. Host even made sure I got to the accommodation safely and was helpful.
The accommodation used the first credit card to charge my accommodation despite me having already changed the payment mode to another credit card 2 weeks prior to my stay. I had wanted to charge the accommodation cost to another credit card. I don't understand why they did not do so. Till now, I did not have any satisfactory answer either from Booking.com nor Marcona24.

The location is very good, with restaurants just one block away. Clean and tidy, with everything needed to be very comfortable. The instructions for check-in were very clear, and Alessandro was very attentive to us.

Extremely clean and spacious room in the heart of Milan. Exactly as shown in photos. Great communication with the host, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Look forward to coming back for my next stay in Milan.

Very clean, everything we needed was provided. Check-in was well adjusted to our late flight. Way better than standard italian accomodation. Walking distance to the center.
You need to drive around a bit to find a parking space but it is doable.

IT was very good to have umbrellas, they were very usefull.
AC remote control didn’t work, probably empty batteries. Also didn’t find shoe-spoon.
