Easy access from Metro or tram to other areas of the City.
Especially convenient to the Malpensa Express train from the

I took my mom on her dream European trip, for her birthday. She arrived at the accommodation first and messaged me upon your arrival, "You're going to be very happy with your selection!" and she was right. The accommodation was beautiful and was in the perfect location. At night, because of the location, it does get a little noisy as night but we listened to peaceful meditation music at night to help combat the noise. The staff were extremely accommodating and everyone was VERY nice! Thank you for an amazing week in Milan. Ciao
One issue we had was the body wash in the shower wasn't replaced/refilled but other than that we were extremely happy with our stay. It wasn't an issue as we just used the bar of soap provided near the sink.

Well appointed, great service, terrific breakfast.
There are many restaurants with outdoor seating on either side of the canal and I could hear loud groups past midnight.

Lovely hotel right on the canal in Navigli. We had a massive hotel room on the third floor with loads of space. But despite being in the heart of Navigli district the hotel room was very quiet and comfortable. Really nice staff and lovely restaraunt in the outdoor patio garden for an evening meal.
Breakfast options were a little disappointing. I had to ask for soy milk which was then provided on demand and croissants were not very fresh unfortunately.

The hotel lobby, restaurant, and downstairs are absolutely exqusite! Beautiful building, very pretty. the free breakfast was incredible, lots of options, beuatifully presented in a gorgeous setting.
The actual room leaves a lot to be desired, a stark constrast to the rest of hotel.... very tired, not well maintained.... not decorated well. bed was not comfortable, linens were standard...our room was extremely hot, when we questioned how to get cooler, he said he would send someone up to check and acted like he could control temperature from his desk??? we were told later the filter was dirty and replaced and it did cool off finally that night..... the shower leaks onto floor.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Located in a busy area along a canal. Lots of restaurants and bars along both sides of the canal, very lively area. The reception area is adorable. Tastefully decorated, pleasant staff. Our room had a lively view of the canal with a cute window that opened up for viewing! Nice size room with generous sized bathroom! The bedroom was also tastefully decorated. We ate dinner at the restaurant that is attached and it was great! We will definitely stay there again if in Milan in the future!

Great spot in the center of action. Bars and restaurants and walking distance everywhere. Easy to get on the Tram . Nice quiet courtyard for breakfast was nice.
If you like sleep early on the weekend. It will be challenging. Music was noizy until late night . But no party during business days.

Nice staff. Tasteful entry.
Rooms need updating. Zero amenities. Uncomfortable bed. My room smelled intensely like cigarettes and all my clothes did when I left. One can of Pringles and plastic water isn’t what I’d consider 4 star. Weird dusty stool in bathroom. Unattractive motel-like decor. I was delivered a stained ironing board and broken iron that got water all over the room. Easy things to fix, missed opportunity.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcomed. Our room was located with a beautiful view of the canal. Restaurants on the canal were convenient and served delicious food!
The only recommendation I'd make is that the hotel provide tub mats in their bathrooms. The floor of the tub is slippery and dangerous when wet. A tub mat would provide a more secure feeling when showering.
