The property is awful!
We booked it because it was closer to the airport, but in the photos they only disclosure the super heroes / action figures, but the hotel is full of explicit sexual figures, such as a naked Snow White in the elevator, demonic images and so on.
I would never recommend it to people, especially families with young children

We came for a concert at La Fabrique. It was perfect location since the venue was 5min away. The tram 27 that was outside was a perfect connection to the Duomo 20-30min away

My go-to hotel for events at the nearby Fabrique music venue. Everything, from the staff to the cleanliness to the decor makes the stay a joy as much concerts themselves.

Lovely quirky hotel, staff very friendly, breakfast good.
Room did not master lock, the mechanism was nowhere near the cut out in the door frame. Room was on 1st floor and front of hotel, had to phone reception to ask people outside to be quiet at 2 am. Windows are not soundproof at all.
