Brilliant location, gorgeous cafe for breakfast. Fabulous separate entrance and security locks/fobs. Gorgeous interior design and quiet accommodation despite being in a busy area.
I didnt know who to ask for on arrival - but that worked out ok.

Confortable and nicely decorated room, with all amenities, very clean (thanks Vanessa for your great services), located over a bistrot that is run by the same people that take care of the rooms. Breakfast is served at the bistrot downstairs and has a variety of goods to choose from. The location of the hotel in the heart of Brera district is excellent. Overall our stay was excellent.
The staff that is responsible for the rooms works also for the bistrot and it is not always easy to find someone when you need assistance since they are extremely busy with the clients of the bistrot.

Location was amazing, Brera is full of amazing cobble streets, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was ok, it was 15eur0 per person and if you went over you paid the balance, but it should be at least 25 per person as our breakfast came to 51eur, the cost of the hotel was 1400 for 3 nights surely breakfast for 50 per day is workable.
Only little issue was breakfast, taste amazing but small spend of 15euro is to small

The staff were welcoming, cheerful and helpful -- from receiving to cleaning/maintenance. The neighborhood is boun ing -- stylish, excellent food (Fortunata with handmade pasta made as you watch; Il Kaiman with porcini and tartufi, etc.) and fashionable shopping -- from reasonable clothing to beautiful (and pretty expensive) jewlery. It is a coomfortable and fashionable locanda; elegant but not stuffy. The nearby museums are a delight and challenging.

We simply loved it. The staff, especially Varnessa, were marvelous. We are already considering our next visit and will make a point of returning to Locanda Pandenus.
This is not your typical hotel. It is a part of a restaurant group, and you need to simply enter the restaurant and let them know you're a guest. They will take it from there. Be sure to understand how to access and exit the hotel portion fully. Once you are comfortable with the particulars, then enjoy Milan. The hotel is in the very middle of everything, and Duomo di Milano is an easy walk. Loved it.

Our room was decorated and fitted in a very modern, quirky style. However everything was coordinated and was very attractive. All the facilities worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. Also it is possible to walk to all the major attractions. Note though that the railway station is not walkable, especially with a case. But Milan taxis are easy to find and are relatively cheap compared to many other major cities.
Breakfast at weekends started at 9.00. We needed to catch an early train so missed breakfast. However the staff did make us a bag of drinks, pastries and yoghurt with fresh fruit which was good. A cooked breakfast a t 8.00 would have been appreciated
