Wonderful
Comfortable, clean apartment in the heart of Milan. Within 15-20 minute walking distance of all the major sites in Milan. Host staff were very helpful and let us keep our bags with them while we explored for the day. It had all of the expected amenities and looked like the provided pictures. Good value and comfortable stay!

This property was a comfortable apartment located conveniently within walking distance of the Duomo. We were two couples and our rooms were the only ones on the floor connected by a hallway. We each had an outdoor patio/balcony. There were conveniences like and ironing board and snacks in the room. I would stay there again.
If we stayed longer, I would have liked a washer. I saw a washer in the pictures but our rooms/floor didn’t t have one. We didn’t need a washer for our one night stay though.

Clean, comfy, located in walking distance to the center, around with cafes.
There is a construction work starting early morning in upstairs. It would be nice if the land owner could inform us about it in advance. I know that they cannot do anything about it but at least a warning, ear plugs and a small discout in the room price (due to the construction and very loud hammer and drill noise) would be nice.

The staff communicated frequently and with care and effort.
Once into the room- it was well appointed, comfortable and had little details such as toothpaste, cotton wool pads, fruit, yoghurts, cheese and crackers.
The staff helped us book an early morning taxi and gave us advice.
It was a little confusing on how to
check in - later check-in is around the corner from the rooms. As two females checking in after dark, this was initially unnerving. But the staff were adept at overcoming.

We liked the furnishings and the warm welcome received. Everything was new. All our wishes have been taken care of.
This is just a constructive comment...There was some of the equipment that was not working...we would have liked to use it ... despite the temperature outside ... I am sure that by now it has been fixed or perhaps removed from the property ?

The location is good.
For breakfast, there are only a few cookies in the room, which is not so good. One of the bottled water is opened. It is quite noisy. The wifi is very bad.

MILÁNO
The walls were extremely thin, everything could be heard, the neighbor talked for literally 2 hours, we heard every word he said. Annoying, outrageous, why don't they insulate the walls for such a price?
