The position, close to the theatre, rooms clean and with breakfast available in the room.
Unfortunately we couldn't completely try the restaurant because it was closed when we arrived, but they kindly offered us some food (we arrived hungry!). The staff is really polite.
Next time I will ask them to save something more from the restaurant, so we will have a full lunch. In any case not so far is full of places where it is possible to consume lunches or dinners.
Maybe the AC needs to be refilled of gas, it wasn't working properly, but it wasn't a problem.

Super comfortable room, with lots of snacks and coffee capsules which were being refreshed every day. Responsive and welcoming hosts. Comfortable bed and all the facilities, also you can eat in their restaurant on the ground floor. We stayed like in a 5-star hotel with great service.

The young person receiving us spoke great English and was very friendly and helpful. He managed to get us a meal even though there was a big party already booked in the main room. The food was excellent.
The exterior of the entire place (restaurant and hotel) took getting used to. It was right by the side of a road and was probably a former farm house, and it was easy to miss while driving by.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel - the personnel was very pleasant, we loved the little inner court our room faced. We aslo appreciated the breakfast facilities - coffee machine, little sweet snacks, water and yogurt in the fridge, all that came super handy. In general, I had a feeling that quite a lot of thought was put into making the guests feel comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean. The location is not very central, but we needed to be near the TAM theatre, so it suited us perfectly fine.
The road on which the hotel is situated is quite busy, so I the rooms facing the street may get a bit noisy, I guess.
