I like the property. It is the one of the best places i have ever visited. The breakfast is amazing. Workers are very friendly helpful and informative.
China town is very close. I mean you come to italy to see European and Italian architecture. But you see Chinese on the street and chinese stores.

Very friendly staff; good location in Chinatown. Beds are big and very comfortable.
Not a 5-star hotel. Basic dishes like avocado toasts cost EUR 19 extra for the included breakfast (and are not worth the price), facilities are a bit run-down and cleanliness only okay. The bathroom door in the room does not close properly and you hear every sound from the hallway.

It was our first time in Milan so I’m not an expert on location. We took a cab to get to the city center. It’s not a 5 minute walk.

The location is quite good and away from the crowds.
Some noises coming from the AC vent.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel VIO. The warm welcome from the receptionist, Savo, and the sales director, Accardo, truly made my day after a long trip from Interlaken, and prepared me for my last day in Milan before returning to Saudi Arabia.
The hotel has beautiful details and thoughtful touches that give a sense of luxury. Cleanliness is absolutely 10/10, and the staff were very quick to respond to any requests.
It’s an excellent choice for anyone coming to Milan. The location is close to the tram, and the hotel offers private parking for €40 per day with valet service. There are also other nearby parking options that I believe are less expensive.

The best about this property was the incredible staff and how friendly they were and how they tried to go above and beyond every single time. We loved our stay in Milan here.
The breakfast was good and if there wasn’t something that we saw, tried their best to accommodate. It was all around an amazing stay!
The neighborhood was close to Chinatown- this was ok for us because we loved eating some Asian food after 10 days in Italy, but for some this may be a minus. It’s a walk away from the city center.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The breakfast on the rooftop was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Special thanks to Nathalie and Marina, who were always welcoming and smiling every morning—they really made breakfast enjoyable. Also, Manager Francesca had a great eye for detail and followed up on everything to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was also ideal for exploring Milan.

The size of the room, the facility, the breakfast and the view at the 8th floor, and the staff.

Wonderful
5 star hotel look and feel from the moment you step in the lobby to your room. It almost like Armani Hotels. Plus it’s just beside China Town, so lots of restaurants around.
For a 5 star hotel and in the heart of Milan, I am surprised that they do not have an espresso/coffee machine in the rooms. 3 in 1 sachets are so tacky. Even Airbnb apartments in south of Italy have espresso machines.
