Very Good
On speaking to reception the complaint put forward was partially rectified
Breakfast was very good and all
Staff were excellent and trained very well
The carpet in the room had great big marks which were very noticeable
The room should have been checked prior to having guests staying
We have stayed in many Dorchester Hotels but this is the first time we have experience a room which was not up to standard
The shower liquid soap in the dispenser was empty and was not filled having it brought to the attention of the hotel
Eventually it was filled the next day having complaint once again
We were showering with the shampoo soap

A perfect hotel in every respect.
There was nothing to dislike. Our only regret is that is will be closing in January for 2 years for renovations.
