Location is a bit of a ride from main shopping area.

The gym and spa were amazing, including the ability to link training to the App, the changing rooms, and the refreshing tea and snacks. The reception staff kept in touch on WhatsApp around things to do, but also after we left, on an enquiry around where to source their liquorice and fennel tea.
The check-in time on booking was 14:00, when in fact it was 15:00.

We got a free room upgrade, nice rooms and very helpful staff
Beds are a bit soft, breakfast is very expensive 110 Euro for 2 people

We had a very nice, large room. But the beds seemed VERY OLD. And, in general the hotel seems a little tired - stained carpeting etc. We had just come from the St Regis in Florence and the difference was significant. The Dorchester was disappointing.
