Great Hotel next to train station, staff were really lovely. Dinner at hotel was nice and breakfast was fabulous with a great variety of food. Our bed was very comfortable and modern room. We enjoyed our stay at IQ Hotel

The reviews are misleading.The only advantage is that it is close to Milan central but far from all the Buzz places in Milan.Very archaic hotel and extremely extremely cramped.
Very cramped and approach to the hotel was bad.We struggled to park in front of the hotel and staff was reluctant to help us take our 3 bags out.

A clean and comfortable hotel close to the milan central rail station. The staff were attentive.

Staff were great. Even before we arrived they were very helpful when we had an issue with checking payment details to secure the hotel. Ideal for the main station, which us why we picked it. Also, good location to get to the airport. We flew from Linate.
Location was good for us, but it is a bit far out of the main centre. That was fine for us as we like walking, so was a 25 min or so walk to the Duomo di Milano. We were on tbe 2nd floor and you could here the trains rumble a little bit under the hotel, but again, this did not affect our stay and our sleep. The bed was very comfy.

great departures for all directions in and out of Milan. always available drinking water in the hotel.
poor sound insulation in the rooms. it is not possible to watch netflix and other streaming platforms on the tv in the room, the tv is not smart at all even though i was told it is.
