Exceptional
We loved our stay at IQ Hotel Milano! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Our room was beautiful, luxurious and very comfortable, with bathroom essentials and complimentary drinks, juices and snacks replenished daily. We also enjoyed complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar, which was a lovely touch! The breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent variety of fresh, delicious, high-quality food. The location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk from Milano Centrale station, making it easy to explore Milan and take day trips. The staff packed us a takeaway breakfast as we had an early checkout. Such exceptional hospitality and attention to detail! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return whenever we are in Milan. Highly recommended!
Nothing at all! Everything was excellent, and we couldn't fault our stay.

Very nice hotel. Clean with a great staff.
Beds were very hard. Pillows were very uncomfortable. The rumbling of the subway was often felt while resting or sleeping.

Very Good
The room we booked on first arrival on 21.9.2026 is very small, compare to the second time we return to stay in Milan on the 14.10.2026.
The size of the first room we stayed on 21.9.2026,

Very near to central station
The overall stay was satisfactory, but there were several inconveniences. The check-out time of 11:00 a.m. was too early and inconvenient. In addition, the hair dryer was not working, and some bathroom amenities were missing. These issues negatively affected the overall experience.

Located near Milano Centrale Station.
When the subway is in operation, the sound of resonance will be heard when the train passes.
