Loved the location, 4-5 minute walk away from the train station and metro to get you central into Milan but also easy if you plan to do day trips to Lake Como / Lugano Memory foam pillows and bed very comfortable and had a good nights sleep. The shower is very powerful and can get very hot. The mini bar is free and if you take items they are replenished. Appreciated the security of front door having to swipe key card to enter the hotel.
As the hotel is near the metro you can hear the metro underground as building vibrates when metro is going past. However does stop during the night but starts early morning so if a light sleeper may be a problem. Lifts a very small, can fit about two people with luggage in there or max 3 people without any luggage, there are two lifts but the time we stayed one lift was out of service. We were on level 3 so just used the stairs most days.

Excellent hotel, clean and cozy, well equipped room, free mini bar, very good breakfast, great location, very nice wellness area & friendly staff. We really enjoyed! Recommended.
It has nothing to do with the hotel, but some mornings there were loud protests in the train station piazza, you can hear it in a room. It was annoying for us.

Underground train noise. On the 3rd floor this was obtrusive and clear. The breakfast bread was appalling. Lots of effort in the range of everything else but the bread was awful.
