Location central to tourist attractions. Tram stops outside for convenience to central area , shops and cathedral. Good breakfast with plenty of choice for all.
Not really anything not to like. A lounge area might have been nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel had an excellent location, very fresh and clean rooms, and a great breakfast. The absolute highlight of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff! We received a wonderful welcome at the reception and really appreciated how attentive the staff were. My husband was celebrating his birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm congratulations and the lovely card from the reception. A big thank you for this personal touch – it truly made our day extra special!

And Olena, the breakfast host, made mornings feel like a friendly Italian family gathering — with better coffee and no arguments over who finishes the last pastry. If you’re planning a stay in Milan and want great service, a prime location, and staff who treat you like an old friend rather than a room number — Hotel Milano is the place.
