Breakfast and breakfast personnel were great.
Rooms not as expected. We had to move twice due to the smell of the first two rooms. Stay away from rooms next to the elevator especially the first two floors. The trolley is VERY loud.

Disappointing
The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide selection of options. This was, without a doubt, the most positive aspect of our stay.
The staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly, as were the staff members assisting with the checkout process.
We did like the look and feel of the hotel. It was nice and charming. But the location ruined everything.
When we checked in, the employee at the reception was neither polite nor welcoming.
The bathroom lacked blinds or any form of covering to ensure privacy, allowing visibility from neighboring buildings. As a result, using the bathroom with the lights on at night compromised our privacy.
The noise levels were also unacceptable. The tram passing in front of the building was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, we were repeatedly disturbed by other guests shouting and slamming doors in the corridors, as well as by loud noises coming from the room above us.
Overall, these issues significantly affected the quality of our stay.

Excellent location to walk to all major attractions.
Breakfast was lovely, great coffee and pastries!
The pillows could have been abit more comfortable.

The staff was very friendly,
The room was very small but cleaned every day.
Good coffee.
Good location.
Very small room without hot tube ( I requested). The conditioner was weak. It was impossible to open the window because of the mosquitoes, and there were no screens on the windows
