The location was super walkable, I was able to walk to pretty much all destinations fairly easily and it’s just a quick 10 minute beautiful walk to some of the main streets and sites
It’s pretty dated the blow dryer they provide in the room barely worked, it would overheat every 30 seconds so trying to use it was impossible which doesn’t help because it’s hard to travel with an American blow dryer overseas. The bed was really stiff and the pillows were super flat. Made it pretty hard to get a good nights sleep.

Spacious room and very nice bathroom. Bed was a little too soft, but that is a personal preference. Location was close enough to the Duomo, about a 10-minute walk. Staff was great and very helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel for 7 nights which was the worst stay at all, 4 nights of my stay was without air conditioning room temperature was up to 26 degrees and every time i have talked to the hotel they say there is no technician there is nothing we can do about this and apparently this is not there first time they have this issue so be aware before you book.

Room was on top floor, rather small but super modern and comfortable and enough for 2 people with carry on luggage. Good size, modern bathroom, lovely rooftop views from the bathroom window. Absolutely loved the breakfast, location in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Very grateful for letting us check in an hour early after arriving from California on a long flight. That gave us a chance to take a nap and dive right into Milan on the day of arrival.
Not sure if it is a dislike, but despite the great insulated windows and top floor, you can still hear street noise. But that is also a beauty of the location - there is a park right next to the hotel where young people gather in the evening - you can hear the buzz of voices until late. But again - it's only a downside if you are tired, otherwise it's very comforting.

Very comfortable, clean rooms with complimentary tea and coffee and a cake as well. Stayed for one night there. It is close to the attractions, shops, etc, easy to reach from the airport. Good breakfast to start the day

Very clean - very good service - helpful and friendly staff - excellent breakfasts.
The beds were comfortable but the pillows and mattress were very firm. I prefer a softer mattress and pillows. Also the bedclothes were very starched
There was a strange smell in the room which cleared when we opened the window but came back when it was closed. The starch perhaps?

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay and were extremely nice. The room was clean and offered a view of the Piazza Mentana, which is a popular aperitivo spot. The location is perfect- very close to the Duomo and the Castello Sforzesco, yet it feels tucked away from the tourist areas.

Location was pretty good, just under 15 minutes walk to the Duomo. The location is very noisy though which is why they provide ear plugs but not relaxing and need to have the windows open because the hotel does not put the air conditioning on so it’s counter productive.
Very noisy area, although the room is advertised as having air conditioning we told reception staff that it wasn’t working but they told us they don’t turn it on until the summer months (it was 27 in our room) so we had to have the windows open and because it’s such a noisy area we couldn’t sleep. The bed and pillows are also very hard and uncomfortable, I asked if they could provide some other pillows but they said it wasn’t possible. Breakfast was rather disappointing, the TV is a smart tv but not connected to the internet. The room is very small and too small for two people and you can hear people in the rooms next to you. It’s very expansive and I’m surprised it’s a 4 star rated hotel, it’s certainly not good value for money. I feel like I’m leaving more tired than I arrived after 4 nights stay there.
