Breakfast very poor - always had to ask for coffee etc

Reception staff and manager
We had items gone missing from room and luggage
Safe had been tampered with and when returned to room unable to open
Staff explained to wait for manager, however we asked regarding the police and camera footage
Waited for manager the following morning (check out) and explained they could not contact police and was not their issue
Very poor service and did not feel safe in hotel

Our room was lovely and Allways. The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed the rooms were stylish and well thought out. We stayed here on a recommendation from a friend who had previously stayed. We would recommend it to everyone we know as well. The location is central to everything as well.

Was in a good location between the train station and the duomo, the room was very nice and comfy and the bathroom was really clean and the staff on the front desk gave great restaurant recommendations.
The dinner at the hotel itself wasn’t great.
