Excellent hotel, very beautiful. The rooms were spacious well furnished. Modern used smart system. The stuff was helpful and extremely nice. The food is excellent.

Quiet and smelled nice. Bar staff was great.
They didn’t provide the upgrade booking said we’d get
Showed a junior premium for our room and we were instead given a junior deluxe. Told by property they don’t give junior premium rooms to booking.com customers.

Location near the center but away from the noisy areas. Convenient parking. The staff are friendly esp. Erika in the restaurant and Mohammed and Ayman from the staff
Electric Screens were not working in the room. A/C was not effective enough

It's was amazing nights and piece full with any annoying, the staff really lovely, collaborative and helpful. Also the perfume that they serve it with every housekeeping is very nice.
Is not bad thing but is taking 43 min walking to duomo
