location, bathroom a little dirty and could easily hear other rooms through the vents in the bathroom into our room

Wonderful
The room was spacious and comfortable, mu.ch better than I was expecting from a hostel. The metro was a short walk away. Breakfast, coffee and a bar were on site.
Some noise from other rooms. The hair dryer kept cutting out, I was told it would be fixed but it wasn’t (it was a Sunday).:

The location is ideal for the Ca Granda metro station, nice neighbourhood & some good fair priced restaurants & cafes.
The property is in need of renovation, since changing hands it has gone down hill.

its quiet and clean and in a well connected area to public transportation.. there is a small supermarket nearby and the lobby has everything that you would need.. the staff are friendly especially miss Yasmine she was so helpful and gave us tips on how to use public transportation to the airport.
I booked a cleaning service the day before .. and left the room from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and when i got back it wasn’t cleaned yet .. i saw one of the house keeping staff in the corridor and asked her to change the towels and take the garbage out and she did.. but she didn’t come back to clean the room for the rest if the day.
