You can park your car at the hotel. It’s located not so far from the city center, though the tram service to get there runs infrequently. The croissant served at breakfast was quite good.
The sleeping was uncomfortable. It felt like there was a big dip in the middle of the beds. The walls were so thin that every sound from the neighboring rooms could be heard.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice.
The location is a bit of a distance from the main areas of interest but once you get the hang of the trams and metro system, it's not too bad. The rooms are very basic, quite old fashioned. The hotel do take a holding charge from your card - which does not come off your total. You okay your total at the end, plus the holding charge which has already been taken, then your holding charge gets refunded after 20 business days. Just be mindful.

Convenient location, clean and car park available
The room was smelling a bit of mold/smoke. We had to keep the window open for quite some time for the smell to go away while it was also very cold.

The location is very convenient, near to milan city
The door in toilet, its too hard, maybe you should make it softer..
And also the room is not sound proof.. you can hear the voice in the other room.. the worst thing is at middle of the night when every body is sleeping and silent, then you will be waking up because of the sound/noise from the other room when they will making love

The location is amazing with a tram to Duomo almost at the door, the breakfast is just right and there is a garden outside. Parking is a bonus too
The hotel room shows so much wear and tear, which was partly understandable but the bathroom was rather upsetting that my kids preferred not to use it, unless absolutely necessary. With little improvements and some basic care it would be such a lovely spot.

The bed was comfortabel
I ask for service to have a bottel of prosecco in the room when i arrived in the hotel. The bootel was not there and the service was not good when I went to resepsion and ask for it, the tv was not smart tv and the breakfast was very easy and not freshing. Its 8 stop with tram to duomo catedral. Its not much in this area of restaurants and bars and thing to do. They also come to the room and saied the check out has been gone.
