The staff, except for a Filipino lady, were not that friendly
A little more pleasant staff. They were mostly Chinese, and this may just be a Chinese trait?

The hotel doesn't have slippers. At night, they turned off the conditioning system, and it was too cold. I was lying with a cardigan

Don't go there. Very expensive for what it is and no customer service
I put a claim with pictures of bed bugs and no refund or even a reply from them.

Everything was bad and worse and worst.
This is not a 3 hotel that should charge 125euros per night without breakfast which was not there.
Beds were bad.
Disgusting hotel run by some Chinese people

Very convenient location next to a metro station. Very easy to get into the centre of town. Basic facilities, but nice and clean. The price was right.
The lift is extremely small, so I hope you like the people you’re riding with. We asked for a second blanket, but the best they could do was a second sheet.

Location was good, staff were nice
Very noisy, you hear everything there even the food steps in the next room. I couldn't sleep I could hear the noise from the 3rd room at 1:00 am, a British couple/friends they were so loud i had to go at the reception to ask the receptionist to come over and ask them to be quiet so that we could sleep. After 5 minutes I had to go back myself to knock on the door and tell them to stop yelling loudly and let us sleep. I don't recommend it at all. Too expensive for what they offer. Is really old and not a 3 star hotel. Bed was so uncomfortable, air conditioning was so loud, the door closed but underneath is 1 mm space where you see the light from the floor and you can hear it all. For me and my family was not what we needed and expected!

Location to the Metro
Staff, no air conditioning, albeit that’s what I booked and paid for. Staff very ignorant and dismissive of the situation, no apology, assistance, help or recompense.
