• The staff were friendly and welcoming.
• The on-site parking made access to the car very convenient.
• The breakfast was good and offered a variety of options, though it could be more complete.
• Having four elevators ensured quick and smooth access to both the rooms and the restaurant.
• The building is quite old, and some of the room equipment reflects this.
• The hotel is located far from the city center, although this is clearly stated during booking.

The rooms are worn in places and the empty building next to the hotel.is an eye sore.. it was very scary looking.

The restaurant had delicious food. I had some trouble finding the hotel from the train station and had to call an Uber. More detailed directions would have been helpful. I didn't have cell service initially so that was a challenge for me.
I didn't know how to locate the hotel from the metro.

My husband and I stayed here before we left Milan. This hotel has easy metro access to Malpensa Airport and is close to the multiple Metro stations. The staff is available 24 hours making check-in and check-out easy. There is a restaurant on site which is convenient if you don't want to go too far from the hotel.
The rooms are clean and quite large for the area. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and dental kits were provided in the bathroom for our convenience. I would recommend this hotel for short stays or quick access to the airport.
Although the hotel is easily accessible from MXP airport, it's not in a convenient location if you want to explore Milan. There are metro stations nearby but there are not many options around the hotel. Although the restaurant was convenient, the food wasn't the best. I think this hotel is a great place if you are moving on from Milan quickly but not the best if you plan on exploring the city.

I couldn’t find anything to like
The room was old, worn out, and had a bad smell. There was a leak in the sink. This hotel might have been a 4-star hotel many years ago, but it no longer meets that standard

Room - Bathroom in very bad state; shower tiles not well cleaned.
The room was full of dust. kids allergic with dust. Placed my mobile phone on the table after few minutes the screen was full of dust.
Asked reception to make arrangement to clean the room; someone came to clean but still same thing the next day
The reception is gloomy. i never went to a hotel where the atmosphere is so gloomy., no place to sit or to chill out
The colour of the hotel itself is dull. not attarctive

The room was really quiet, large and comfortable.
There was no entertainment, no free hot drink (cafe/tea), no boiler.
The shower was so giant but the shampoo were too little.

There was no water heater available, making basic needs difficult.
The room did not provide coffee or tea bags
Only two 100 ml water bottle was provided for three guests per day , which is completely inadequate.
Noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible, compromising privacy and comfort.
