I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, just a 10–15 minute walk from the 2 main train stations.
The staff truly stand out: incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable - I absolutely loved it.
What impressed me the most, however, was the level of service. I experienced a small issue with the room temperature (which is centrally controlled by the hotel), and not only was it addressed immediately, but the response went far beyond expectations. The hotel manager personally called me, offered a room upgrade, and even included complimentary breakfast.
This kind of attention to detail and genuine care for guests is what defines true service levels. If they handle small issues with such dedication, you can only imagine how seriously they would treat bigger ones.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

Great location, within walking distance of most places of interest, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean. Overall, given the location and easy access to public transportation, it was a great spot to explore the city. We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on it.
The amenities are quite basic. There were only plastic cups in the room, with no spoons or similar items. There was also only one set of towels on arrival in a room booked for two, but this was resolved the next day. The rooms are not as large as some of the reviews suggest. However, given the location and the price point, we were fine with this.

staff was incredible. they were very nice in allowing us an early check in. they arranged our travel to Malpensa. everyone smiled and were genuinely
the AC didn't seem to want to work....thankfully, we could open the window and get a little breeze...the room was a bit small...it was hard to access our bags AND move around the room.

Location is good, it's 3-5 minutes walking to the subway. Subway is the best way to go around in Milan. Taxi are both expensive and not so easy to get in the rush time. Rooms are clean and modern, mattress is good. Recommend for a short stay.

This is a nice, modern hotel with nothing negative to point out. It’s large, newly built, clean, and well maintained, with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and tidy, equipped with pretty much everything you might need.
The location is not ideal. It’s very close to Milano Garibaldi rail station (about a 7–8 minute walk) and within walking distance of Milan Centrale (around 15 minutes), but it’s quite far from the Duomo and the central area of Milan. It was fine for me, I enjoy walking, and a 20-minute walk to the Old Center wasn’t an issue, but if you’re not into walking, you’ll need to take a tram or another form of transportation.
Also, having slippers and some basic utensils (like a tea kettle, a spoon, and a couple of cups) in the room would be a nice addition.

Not anything we liked. Some may like the modern design but not practical
The functionality is horrible. No hooks for towels no closet no place to put your luggage. The pillows were bricks. Towels felt like they were 20 years old. Horrible run by college hipsters.

Everything was clean and modern furnished.
The staff was very friendly.
The location was great for us. Even the noise from outside was virtually inaudible, and that was on New Year's Eve.

Disappointing
The only positive part of our stay was the Moroccan receptionist — she was very kind, polite, and genuinely tried to make our experience better. Unfortunately, the overall stay did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a triple room, but it was very small — it barely had enough space for three suitcases, which made it quite uncomfortable for three people. When I asked to change the room, the staff said, “This is what you booked on Booking.com.” However, just like they claimed the room matches the booking, the air conditioning was also clearly listed on Booking.com — yet it was turned off.
When we arrived, we were told that the manager had decided to turn off the air conditioning due to “cold weather,” even though the weather in Milan wasn’t cold at all. They refused to turn it on even just for our room.
The room didn’t have a kettle, there was noise at night from a nearby bar, and there were not enough hangers.
