The lobby and restaurant staff were kind and attentive, I'll give them a 10! The boutique was also beautifully furnished and decorated.
The location is also perfect if you'd like to stay close to the city, but with a country vibe.
We did have a bad experience with one of the house keeping ladies, she came by the first time and we politely ask her to come by later. She came back in about 10/15 min. Once again we politely ask her to come back later not as immediately as last time. She was annoyed by the request, gave us an attitude, and lastly told us they had to move to the next floor. She asked if we needed any towels and what not, which was another way to say we are not coming back. It is totally understandable that they have other things to do, but the attitude was nasty and unnecessary.
We did find the room tidy up when we came back later that evening.

Stayed here for 1 night to visit Milan. Staff were very friendly and helped with the best way to visit Milan. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and all fresh. We slept for 14 Hours after long travel and flight, beds are super comfy and quiet rooms and location. We drove 5 minutes to the underground and then got a tube into Milan all very easy from hotel location.

Everything was amazing ! The kindness of all the staff was greatly apreciated, special note to William, our waiter, that was absolutly brillant all along. Bravo a tutti !
The vent in the bathroom was a bit loud but maybe because we are not used to it. Maybe the room would deserve a sit beside the bed. Otherwise everything was perfect

Everything was perfect! The staff was kind and helpful and the room was big and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it had everything for everyone’s taste. The hotels location was in a very nice area on the county side outside Milan. It was very easy to navigate from there with the public transport.

The only thing was the breakfast was limited and we were asking for eggs, cheese and cups to pour the coffee everyday. I guess the quantity of breakfast shall consider as we paid in advance for the breakfast!

The surrounding is remarkable. Quiet, full of green, beautiful garden with a small creek. The room's decoration was unique. And the room was big and spacious. We got a room in the first floor so there was an exit to a small inner lovely garden where we could sit and have some tea. Breakfast was good with a good selection and very fresh fruit that were cut that morning. The location is quiet and a little far from city center but if you have a car it's OK.
Only two things - room was a little dark, not enough light and no reading light beside the bed. The toilet seat was a bit broken and was not fixed during our stay.
