Disappointing
Location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro which took you right into the centre of Milan, right Infront of the Duomo.
Staff wasn't friendly, far to many rules. One didn't feel relaxed. Treated like a young student living in a university dormitory rather than 2 matured adults.

Very Poor
Only the thing that it was somewhat close to the centrale
The staff was very rude. The lady running this place has severe attitude problems. Even though we put the food outside the hotel after she told us its not allowed she kept blaming us that we put it in our bags and was checking our bags again and again! It was horrible. After such a tiring journey we were met with this kind of hospitality which was really traumatizing as it was a new city for us. Never book this place!!!

Its perfect for a 1 night stay. The place is clean and water is warm and there is free parking (provided you inform in advance)
The host is a stickler for rules (minor things but you need to keep them in mind). Just follow them and you will be fine!

The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet, with clean sheets, clean towels and hot water. Nothing special, but i wasn't asking for more. I stayed there two nights with my daughter and we had no problem. We could come and go whenever we wanted, even though we couldn't have the keys with us. The lady who runs the hotel, was very clear about that. Everybody talks about the rules, but they were only reasonable. She is just trying to protect her property, her business and the peace and safety of all customers. If i ever go back to Milan, i will try to stay there again, because the neighborhood is quiet, the price is fair, the hotel is safe and the metro is very close.
If you want luxury, don't go, there are many other places for you. If you need/like simple things, it's the place for you.
Everything was fine, given my demands

The hotel is in a good location, in a quiet area and close to the metro. The host was friendly and helpful (if you are not a troublemaker). The room was spacious.
Too many rules. It worked OK for us, but I don't think it's for everyone. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Eating in the room is not allowed.

Poor
The room was okay, it had a basic bathroom and a normal comfortable bed. It’s a one star hotel, so don’t have any high expectations. The place was very clean and bathroom was very spacious and comfortable.
The only issue of this whole experience wasn’t the accommodation itself, it was mostly the customer service from the lady who runs the place called Mira.
I travel for work a lot, and in all my years of travel I have never had such an unpleasant and bizarre customer service experience like this one.
The lady that runs the place called Mira explained to us a long list of rules at our check in. Some of the rules were very bizarre and strange, like the one where we had a curfew of 11pm each night. You couldn’t stay out later than 11pm because that’s when she goes to bed.
We also had to leave our room key with her every time we went out, so that meant that every time we went out, we needed to call on her to do the whole room key process which was very annoying. I felt like she was monitoring everything we did and it made me feel like I was in prison and not in vacation.
She also mentioned that we couldn’t bring any snacks or drinks into the room which was very uncomfortable since I have low blood sugar and like to have snacks on hand at all times for that reason. We were also not allowed to bring in any alcohol or wine into our room. She always made it seem like we were a bother to her and like she was doing us a favor in us being there, instead of us being paying customers who deserve respect and kindness.

As my flight is delayed I went hotel by 10.30pm on 25th September and the lady in reception shouted at me &told after 10pm reception was closed. After requesting she allotted room in 2nd floor. There is no lift &I have to carry 2×23 kg suitcases on steps. Check out time is 11AM. I had very bitter experience in this hotel.
