Very central, close to train station. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent, appreciated the quality and variety.
Room was great, nothing to dislike. Great hotel for business and leisure. They even had a robe after you shower. Only complaint might be the high city tax.

Our second time in this hotel, this year even better, we loved the bedroom so spacious, so comfortable! The breakfast is amazing! Our next trip to Milano we will come back to this hotel, it’s a very convenient.

Daniel at the reception was excellent — he upgraded my room without me even asking. The minibar was free, and the in-room amenities were very good. Really appreciated the warm and thoughtful service.
Some guests made noise in the corridor, and because the hallway is quite narrow, the sound can be a bit loud inside the rooms.

The service is at best... From checking in i was met by great staff... The breakfast gentleman remains the best service provider to me... Very attentive... Treats you like his own... He teuly knows how to make you feel welcomed... I have always hestated to book this hotel... Now i regret why it took me this long... Breakfast was top notch... Great salad and cheese for the salad in the morning... Great scrabbled eggs, great coffee... One thing that stood out is the fresh carrot juice make and i added a few fruits for me... This list goes on and on... Appretivo... Served at the bar in the evenings with complimentary snack... Ooh the mini bar is complimentary as well... Location is excellent just a few steps from Milan Centrale.. Lots i mean lots of restuarants around the hotel... 3 suppermakets around this facility... Gown/ rope provided in the room... Great shower... This is a truly 4/5 star treatment and polite staff including house keeping, bar tender, from desk and communication in english is great across every staff... I wanted to extend my stay but the hotel was full after 3 days of staying there... I would recommended thks hotel anyday all the time...
Ooh the breakfast gentleman provides a small bag should you want to take breakfast when you can not sit down to eat.... I must say this has been a great stay here.... I come to italy every 2 months and have experienced lots of hotels..
