Great location, helpful staff. Felt like a quality hotel.
The Wifi network might have had a security issue when I was there. But the staff was very helpful in giving me a "hotspot" deivce to bypass it.

Location was good because it was close to central station and the metro. Breakfast was nice and a lot of options. Reception staff was really nice and made every request come true. Recommend.
I wanted more cosmetics in the bathroom. At least hand cream or body lotion. There was some loud banging in the morning.

The location was perfect for me as I used train station a lot . It was easy to reach Duomo and main attractions and malls. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. Room was perfectly clean and had everything you need
Breakfast start only at 7am. As I had to leave for excursion one day and airport before 7am so I couldn’t have my breakfast .

Close to the central station. The place is clean though a bit dated. For me the area is not like super sketchy at night as there are restaurants nearby (I didn’t get in super late tho!). Shower is good. Bathroom spacious with amenities prep. Staff are helpful and professional.

Location was perfect - close to the central railway station and to a metro station, from where you can easily get to other places in Milan.
Room was very nice - I had everything I needed including TV, coffee and tea, refrigerator, and I also got every day a bottle of water.
Staff were nice, friendly and helpful.
The room was a little bit small.

Location is great, breakfast is good, people at the reception are really friendly and kind.
the AC is extremely noisy, it had a strange noise that made it impossible for me to sleep.

Very central, close to train station. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent, appreciated the quality and variety.
Room was great, nothing to dislike. Great hotel for business and leisure. They even had a robe after you shower. Only complaint might be the high city tax.

Our second time in this hotel, this year even better, we loved the bedroom so spacious, so comfortable! The breakfast is amazing! Our next trip to Milano we will come back to this hotel, it’s a very convenient.

Daniel at the reception was excellent — he upgraded my room without me even asking. The minibar was free, and the in-room amenities were very good. Really appreciated the warm and thoughtful service.
Some guests made noise in the corridor, and because the hallway is quite narrow, the sound can be a bit loud inside the rooms.
