Very nice room, cozy, excellent location, area fills safe, is a osteria which food is awesome, metro station is a few steps, train station Milano Centrale is a walk distance, highly recommend

Great location as it was super close to the train station. Staff was friendly and stored our bags for us before check in. Rooms are clean and fridge had some beverages provided, which was nice. Beds and linens were comfortable.
Rooms were pretty small but it was fine for what we needed.

I've stayed at Hotel Berna several times and keep coming back because of the wonderful staff, the fabulous location within walking distance of Milano Centrale, and a breakfast that may be one of the best anywhere -- cakes, yogurts, eggs, ham, cheese, fresh juices, anything you need. This truly is a hotel that understands great and friendly service and you always feel so welcome here. One of the best!!

Very welcoming hotel with many thoughtful touches eg biscuits & tea/coffee in foyer.
Loved good choice of English TV news.
Flexibility of staff who changed part Annex booking to all in main building due to my mobility issue on arrival. Fridge had flickering,bight light which was quickly fixed.
Excellent breakfasts. Very comfortable bed.
Nothing to dislike.

Fantastic staff on reception who was only to happy to show us where to go and help.
Room were clean and bathroom a good size.
Rooms are dated and had no views. Brown carpets looked tired. Booked a superior room and felt it was more Best Western.

Attentive & helpful staff re-arranging my bookings to be all in main hotel ( not annex opposite) as I had difficulty walking.

Small but reliable 2 lifts
Best choice of English TV news channels (6?)
Room was small but v.adequate & well equipped eg fridge/aircon/kettle etc
On arrival lift Lobby button is confusing. Suggest put word "Lobby" under button O.
Only few steps at entrance to lift bags but staff always willing to carry ( no ramp)
No BBC TV tho listed.

I left a package for a friend at reception, and it ended up being stolen from reception. There has been no response at all — I’ve been sending emails, but the hotel doesn’t reply. I do not recommend this hotel; they are dishonest.

Friendly welcome from the staff. Smart, art deco surroundings in the lobby and ultra modern room. Free drinks in the room. Terrific breakfast especially the carrot juice.
