Nice location, close to train station. The hotel is clean, quiet and the facilities is in good condition. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The shower temperature is not stable, could be better but acceptable

Very friendly staff on reception who gave me recommendations for places to eat in the evening. The hotel room had aircon which was welcome in the heat. The buffet in the bar was also good value. Breakfast was fantastic especially the cappuccino. I would definitely recommend Hotel Berna and hope to return next time I am in Milan. The hotel is 5 mins from Central station and metro station so it was easy to get into the centre of Milan and airport.

The location is super convenient if you need to be close to Milano Centrale, as it is really just around the corner from the station.
I booked the Annex building, but was upgraded to the main building, so that I could enjoy the breakfast without any hustle. The room was nicely decorated in a traditional style, big enough for one person, and had a comfy bed. A candy on the pillow is always a very sweet touch

Excellent hotel, comfortable and quiet, great breakfast choice. Two minutes walk to Milan Centrale for trains and Metro. Lots of really decent restaurants in the street which was surprising, but really good

Large spa bath, excellent location and free minibar. Room was large for Milan with a great variety breakfast, one of the best I’ve ever had. So close to central and subway stations.
