The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good.
I felt the advertising was misleading. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because it advertised having a shuttle service to the airport. It turned out that this was them arranging a private car and driver to take you to the airport for 135 Euro. I could have arranged something like this myself. I assumed it was a bus service at a considerably cheaper cost.

Staff was exceptional. Breakfast provided was very good as well.
The showers are extremely small. This was our fourth hotel on the trip and by far the least comfortable shower.

Friendly and professional reception, the location (even though there is construction ongoing around the hotel at the moment)
No soundproofing...you can literally hear everything from the next room to the street.
The uncomfortable spring mattress.

It was in the heart of the city
The room was very out dated and the edge of bathrooms needs to be fixed. I have never seen a single bed so small as a sofa. I was very disappointed seeing the room.

Location under construction. Least I would expect from the management is that the entrance and parking to enter to the hotel is easy to find. If this option was not possible to arrange I would appreciate to be informed. So, I cyrcled three times around the hotel and as I was unable to find the reception and the parking was 100 m distant at 4,5 eur/hour with the entrance width of 2 metres, I simply returned back home. So, I had a nice 830 km drive in vain. Not to mention, that I missed my appointment in Milan. Really, a first class hotel choice.
