The breakfast staff and the gentleman at reception were very polite. The room was spacious, had a modern design and was cleaned every day. Near the city centre just 10 minutes away by train, it offers decent value for money.

Next to Centrale
Bed was bumpy, head cushion against electricity socket and reading light. Very slow and small elevators. Umbrellas only for sale, and with advertising on them, so they should be free to use at least. Less than average breakfast.

So great view, the location of the hotel and the specially the room that I got was perfect, it’s exactly near the central station of Milan, so you can go to anywhere by the metro or the train from there, many restaurants nearby, we stayed one night and had a breakfast and it was very good, I recommend this hotel for a stay in Milan
Note for the muslim and Arab people: most of the staff are Arabs so they can help you

Good
The hotel was perfectly located for onward travel by train or metro, and we had a fantastic view of the train station from our room. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, and breakfast was good though perhaps could have been replenished a bit faster as things were running out quickly.
There were no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room and the bathroom felt a little tired.

Staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance from centrale station and is really convenient to go to all parts of Milan. The room is comfortable and breakfast spread is good.
Nothing, pleasant stay at the hotel.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable bed and room, very kind staff, and a very tasty breakfast. We booked two rooms, and we were next door. The facilities are new, with air conditioning. Highly recommend this hotel because it is very convenient to go everywhere in Milan.
There is no coffee/tea maker in the room. Please provide drinking water in the lobby so guests can fill their water bottles, especially during the summer. However, the hotel offers two free bottles of water, so it will not affect our rating.

Exceptional
The location is right next to the central station, so the main sights are just a short walk or a quick ride on public transport away. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also noticeably better than what we had at hotels in other Italian cities.
The elevators are quite noisy and a bit unnerving at first, which seems to be common in Italy, but you get used to them after a ride or two.
