Air conditioning poor. When the temperature is 32 and 32. Room should not be 29. Not acceptable. Spike multiple times to staff $230 per night. Fix the air conditioning or don’t charge $230 + 7 per night Milan tax. Wrongggggggggg

Location of the hotel next to Milan train station is exceptional.
Sarah and the gentlemen were very helpful to us. They allowed us to leave our luggage there on a separate stop in Milan which we appreciated immensely. Also gave us a good referral where to eat.

The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Sara at reception provided us with extra pillows and kettle on request and has a great attitude. The location is very near the central train station.
Property is old and my room has a whole in the wall. The walls are thin and we could hear conversations in the corridor clearly.

Friendly staff, excellent location right across the street from the entrance to train station, good amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. We were able to leave our luggage for free while they prepared our room. Cute restaurants nearby. A great view of the train station and plaza.
It wasn't very noisy when we were there but the door let sound in. I always wear ear plugs at a hotel because none are very quiet though.

Proximity to Milan Centrale, hotel is located just across. The room is clean with a good view. The staff are very helpful and Marco even went out of his way to assist us with the access key.

The location is perfect especially if you travel by train. Room is clean, staffs are kind and very helpful, there are restaurants beside this hotel and breakfast is good with the wonderful view of the city.

We were adjacent to Milano Centrale--with an exceptional view of it too. It was so helpful as we were taking the train the following morning to the airport and only had to cross the street. The staff were very helpful with check in and gave restaurant suggestions.

Very convenient to Milano train station when dealing with heavy rolling luggage. Lots of places to eat. Super helpful and friendly staff- they get a 10/10.
Noise of the cleaning staff in the morning. Noise from the restaurant behind the hotel. Could use more than one pillow in the room- two is always nice.

Good location, just outside Milano Centrale Station (Metro and Train), also close to bus to-from MIlano Linate and Bergamo airports. Good option as base to go visit near cities.
