Amazing location (tram to Duomo is around 10min and there is a stop right in front of the hotel; many nice restaurants / cafes around the property, metro is walkable distance). The hotel & the room were WARM. The room is tiny but designed really well. And very nice and kind people working at the reception

I could not figure out how to work the AC to blow some air and the TV was not in the WiFi network therefore I could not mirrored anything I wanted to see

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless and felt very safe, the location was perfect, and the amenities were amazing.
We didn’t have many complaints, though it would’ve been nice to have a slightly larger sink and shower. They also didn't have a safe but they offered to store valuable things at the front desk.

The room was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near excellent bars and restaurants. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the Duomo in Milan. We appreciated the drinkable water available downstairs, along with complimentary coffee and tea.

Very convenient place to stay, 25min walk to the Duomo, nice and secure neighbourhood, also a nice bar next to the hotel. Free coffee and still/sparkling water is available at all times. Parking ia also well organized.

Staff was very friendly. Coffee and water (even sparkling!) was available at all times. The gentleman at the front desk was so patient and encouraging as I practiced my very limited Italian He secured a taxi for us for 4:30 in the morning so we could easily get to Linate airport. The tram was very convenient to use while we were in Milan, right outside the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean.
The bathroom was small, without much space to put toiletries. There weren't any tissues. There is a bar below with plenty of late night revelers, so it was not possible to have the window open for sleeping.

There was a lot of noise. It is not the first time I have stayed there and usually it is OK, but this time there was a lot of noise in the room I got.

Very helpful staff; nice little lounge for coffee (baked goods across the street!). 30min or 5min tram ride to Duomo area; tram stop right outside. Lots of varied restaurants in the area.

Location was nice - close to the main attraction, suitable if you enjoy a 20 min walk but also bus and tram stops are right there that will get you to main attractions quickly.
And even though the hotel itself is located in a pretty busy noisy neighborhood, the isolation was pretty good, noises from outside are barely noticable

Nice bedding, close to public transport. Very convenient if flying to/from Milano Linate airport. Free hot chocolate, coffee, sparkling water available from machine in communal area. Helpful staff.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The check-in process was easy and Elton was very helpful providing restaurant suggestions. Would definitely stay at this location again. Good air conditioning as well, which made sleep easy.
Less of a complaint, but more of an observation. Parking can feel a bit tricky since you need to use an off-site location and, unlike the hotel, the parking attendants only seem to speak Italian. Overnight parking price was reasonable, though.
