Convenient location, with a nice bonus of complimentary sparkling water, still water, and coffee, plus fast Wi-Fi
Both pillowcases had some strange stains on them - orange-colored marks and what looked like saliva stains.
And the soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired…

good location (near to transport stations), next to a park and has a great pastry shop right below of the rooms.
I think i would really appreciate the presence of an elevator. The truth is that previous comments were referring to this but we didn’t realise.

The location was very good to transfer to the airport, and also to the centre of Milan. The free coffee and water was a great idea and well thougtout. The Room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. the bed was very comfortable. The staff we met were friendly and helpful
The only thing that let it down was the corridors echoed noise late at night when some guests came in around 01;30am and could be heard and woke me up, but this is more of a customer issue than the hotel but as there were no corridor doors it made the noise appear louder

The location of the hotel is good and the staff was very friendly. I also appreciated the free water dispenser and coffee machine. The air conditioning instructions were unclear at first, so we spent the first night without it, but once we figured it out, it worked very well.
Unfortunately, there were also several negative points. The bed was quite small and I really did not like the bedding setup. You basically sleep directly under the duvet, while there is only a very thin sheet or cover on top of it. The duvet itself was not inside a proper cover, which felt questionable in terms of hygiene.
The shower was EXTREMELY small and narrow — even as a 160 cm tall woman, I barely had space inside the shower cabin. The bathroom cleanliness was also only average.
There is also a bar underneath the hotel that stays open late, so if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend staying here.
Another disappointing point was that a late check-out was not possible, even though I was feeling very unwell on the last day.

Good location, a beautiful view from the window, fresh air.
A very good coffee in the coffee machine outside on the floor.
Comfortable beds (triple room), Very quiet.
Room slippers were provided.
A minor inconvenience :
We would prefer to have a kettle with some teas in the room itself.

They cancelled my reservation while I was travelling and upon arrival in Milan I was left without a hotel, citing the system being hacked as the reason. Next time you might end up without a hotel.
