We did not have breakfast included but had 24 hour access to a coffee machine which was nice. Room was small but comfortable. Location was easy walking distance to many attractions.

The location is really good, and the room had all the amenities needed and was in top shape, exactly what you need for a short weekend trip to Milan. Accessible via transportation and from Linate, the staff were rather attentive and gave me all the key information from the start. I'll likely stay here again at another opportunity.

Exceptional hotel near a bus stop and within a walk’s distance from the Duomo.
The room was clean and practical, and the amenities (especially soap and shampoo) were of very high quality. The property is next to a pub which gets crowded overnight, but the windows have acoustic sealing, so we couldn’t hear a thing from inside the room.
The hotel staff was stupendous, extremely cordial throughout all our stay. The coffee and sparkling water machines are definitely a nice touch (we loved the hot chocolate!). We could leave our luggage in the reception at check-out and enjoy our last day in Milan.

Very great reception person, smooth check in and very accommodating, helped out storing luggage and easy to access, even helped me print something out of the blue. Great free coffee (tho didn't use) and water refill area which is nice - essentially a nicer hostel, but nicer than expected
Room a little small, but workable, no real desk but it has the common area if need be; AC was a little light so needed to open windows but nothing unbearable (tho not in summer)

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was clearly well maintained throughout our stay. It was obvious that great care is taken with housekeeping, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
One of the highlights was the lobby area, where there was a 24/7 station offering cold water and coffee. This was extremely convenient and a really thoughtful touch, especially after a long day of exploring the city.
The location of the hotel is also very good. It is about a 25-minute walk to the city center, which we found quite manageable. For those who prefer not to walk, there are tram and bus stops right in front of the hotel, providing easy access to both the city center and Milano Centrale. The area strikes a perfect balance — quiet and away from the crowds, yet still close enough to reach all the main attractions easily.
Lastly, the hotel staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful at all times. They assisted us with everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would happily recommend it to everyone.

I made a reservation through Booking.com for this hotel on the 3rd April, for accommodation between 13-15 th April. On the day I was due to arrive, I called the hotel to confirm my booking, only to be told that my reservation had not been processed. They claimed that Booking.com had been hacked on the day I made the reservation.
They said they had informed me by email, but this is not an acceptable way to handle such a serious issue. In a situation like this, they should have called or at least sent a message to ensure I was aware. Moreover, I only later found out that the email was sent on the 9th, which I was not aware of at the time.
Despite this problem not being my fault, the hotel offered no assistance whatsoever—no alternative arrangements, no support at all. As a result, I had to find another hotel upon arrival and ended up paying a higher price.
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The room is very clean. The bed is comfy. From central station, easy to take bus 60 to the front of the hotel. Buses and trams could reach Duomo directly. The staff are all enthusiastic and responsible.

Location is excellent in a part of the city that has a vibrant and varied nightlife with loads of great places to eat, and being slightly out of the centre, it was a pleasure to explore.

Wonderful friendly manager , very happy to help with all. Great location for transport. Loved the piazza in front of hotel, a market on Saturday was great. Great pastry cafe next door. Loved the coffee and water station outside rooms.

It was great to stay here the location was well connected. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a coffee place under the hotel one of the best! The staff was fantastic and very very friendly!

The location was perfect—right in the center of everything, with plenty of public transportation options nearby, which made getting around very easy. It was also within walking distance to a shopping mall, which was super convenient.
What stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided wonderful customer service throughout my stay.
I did not like that I have to leave sooner, otherwise I would stay a couple of more day
