Very clean and modern.
While the overall staff was very professional the only issue we had was the rudeness and unprofessional treatment we received by the slightly older lady working in the breakfast hall.

Well little bit outside the city however they provide shuttle to the nearest metro station. Free and safe parking provided. Rooms are quite large and bed was very comfy. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience

The room was very clean and the stuff was overall friendly
The shuttle bus was free for specific hours of the day (7:30-10:30 and 17:30-20:30) and the rest of the day the price was 5€ per person, something we were not informed about before our arrival. Also one of the stuff member couldn’t send us a taxi when we asked for and when we asked why he said it was not his problem. It was very rude.

Clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff and well organised shuttle bus.
Breakfast was good, but there were not so many options. Shuttle bus is well organised, but it would be great if there was also an option for a pick up after 10.30PM.

Wonderful
The room was very clean and comfortable. Free parking space always available outside the hotel. Despite it’s on tangenziale view the room was quiet. I’ll book this hotel again

The finishing level is not good at all for a bathroom of this standard. The chairs had stains, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, and we were never given water in the room.
