Exceptional
It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also near the highway very convenient and the breakfast was great!
We found the tv in a different language and it was hard to use, someone who had been there previously changed the tv language to Turkish we called the staff and the immediately fixed the problem

The hotel was exactly as described. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and a large pool.
I booked it mostly to have a nice air-conditioned room during the heatwave. In the mornings the air-conditioning wasn’t really delivering. It was cooler in the corridor than in the room. The temperature didn’t get lower than 25C

Well little bit outside the city however they provide shuttle to the nearest metro station. Free and safe parking provided. Rooms are quite large and bed was very comfy. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience

It mostly suited the purpose, nothing more. Well isolated from highway noise and no direct view onto the highway.
The area is infested with mosquitos and depending on time of the day also inside the hotel, you are not sufficiently protected (i.e. in the gym).
Breakfast area was super crowded.
Gym is very basic, no aeration and only few gear.

Motion sensors in the room to turn off power if you’re not moving, non functional air conditioning doesn’t. Doesn’t matter what you set thermostat to always 26 Celsius. Uncomfortable to sleep because of the temperature and sewer smell from the bathroom. Was offered a different room with the same problem, seems to be a hotel wide issue. Looks like recent renovation was made but poorly. Internet keeps cutting out because you have to login to website and give your email anytime you need to use it, very frustrating. Breakfast was ok but again trying to save money, tiny rolls and not a lot of choice in food. Limit of 2 pool towels per room , again strange. Seems that the hotel is adapted to save money taking away from guest comfort, seems strange if you’re in hospitality business.

Great staff! Especially Mrs. Aurora was very helpful and exceeded our expectations in customer service. Nice atmosphere, tasty croissants, clean pool, friendly environment, transfer to the metro provided by the hotel.

The location is somewhat distant from the city center, you need to get to the metro station (hotel offers free shattles), we got to the metro station by car, left it at paprking and took two trains (green line and red line) to Duomo. The hotel was very clean.
The reception staff was very nice friendly and helpful. The lady at receiption helped me to resolve issue with another hotel I had. We got room with view to the fields, super silent and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable and big.
The airconditioner in the room was not working, the staff advised that there is no air conditioning in Milano on April :-) that was wierd. No balconies in the rooms, but there is balcony on the floor for smokers. Breakfast was poor, on the second day there was no vegetables and bread at all, it took time to explain to staff that I need bread and then they got it from the kitchen. Good coffee, but no soya milk offred, I needed to ask it from the staff. The safe in the room was out of order and staff was not able to fix it.

The AC didnt work the whole night, since i made check in the AC wasnot cooling, the room was hot, although intalked to the receptionist and he tried to help but didnt work, very bad WIFI

Great location for a show at Unipol Forum. Easy to get to a parking and metro to visit Milan. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.
Due to local restrictions, AC could not be used (before May 1st). It was very hot in the rooms so hard to sleep. Could not open windows because it is right on the highway.

Free parking, cleanliness (change of towels and emptying of trash bins was done daily).
It's not a complaint, it's a recommendation, to organize a space for smokers, near the breakfast lake, which should be minimally sheltered (to be usable whatever the weather conditions: rain, wind, strong sun)
