Location and pricing. Newer building with modern rooms and clean lines. Team was very nice/friendly and were able to get us in our room quickly after traveling several hours.
The room had a sewer / dirty stagnate water smell from the bathroom area (shower, bidet, or tub) that would not go away after running the water in all three for a while. And guests should request additional bath towels upon checking in the 2 in the room were just not enough.

Disappointing
The hotel is clean and conveniently located near the metro station, which makes it easy to get around Milan. However, I was very disappointed with the service. When I entered my room, there was no bottled water, no towels, and no toothbrush provided.
I contacted the reception to ask for these basic items, but they refused to give me anything except the towels, saying it was because I had booked through Booking.com.
This is not the level of service I expect from a Hilton-branded hotel. All guests should be treated equally, regardless of where they make their reservation. I expected much better hospitality and customer care.

Wonderful
The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff were helpful. Storage facility was a bonus as I was attending a Conference and did not want to drag my luggage around. My room was nice with all basic amenities and comfortable bed.
It is slightly away from the main city centre.

The hotel is clean, comfortable bedding and parking is free. They do have a slow (22kW) EV charging own by the hotel and it is a flat €35 xtra charge for 24 hrs use, regardless how much you use.
M1 metro station is 125 m from the hotel and it is very convenient. Takes 14 min metro ride to Duomo. Breakfast is good.
The coffee at the breast is Jacob instant coffee automatic machine (it is Italy and Hilton after all )

Experience was very bad.. Ac not working.. room was not cold.. I called hit staff but they couldn’t do anything
Also no water bottles in the room.. they put tea or coffee bags but without water
They sell small water bottle for two euro.. then why to put tea and coffee in the room
