Staff only, but at first they were not helpful but then they changed their attitude
Not easy to find, the entrance specially may be use a different system not everyone will
Know you have to press a bell for the gate to open to get to the hotel.

Breakfast was US standard, not Italian one, let us say medium quality, only the blood orange juice was very good.
Dinners (2) were an absolute disaster. The first night the rice with asparagus was bland but acceptable, the second night the steak "tagliata" was the worst I have had anywhere in 60 years of international travel; it was very tough and had an "off" taste; I hate one strip out of six. The waiter was very nice, gave me a small;l discount and a free apple strudel (so-so quality). I am absolutely amazed how an Hilton hotel can serve such poor food.

Experience was very bad.. Ac not working.. room was not cold.. I called hit staff but they couldn’t do anything
Also no water bottles in the room.. they put tea or coffee bags but without water
They sell small water bottle for two euro.. then why to put tea and coffee in the room

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is a very modern building and has superb interior design. Very clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast.
I would have preferred more vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast.

This is our second time in Milan, and we liked the hotel so much that it was an easy choice to return again. Once again, the experience was excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay truly pleasant. Special thanks to Lorzano from the hotel staff — he is extremely kind, friendly, and professional. In general, all the staff are amazing and truly make you feel welcome.
Please note that some bathroom amenities such as cotton pads, cotton swabs, a shower cap, and slippers are not provided
The breakfast selection is limited
The location is a little bit far, but it’s still fine and manageable

We forgot to collect the cash deposit, the reception did not inform us, and when we called later they could not find a way to reimburse it.

Location and pricing. Newer building with modern rooms and clean lines. Team was very nice/friendly and were able to get us in our room quickly after traveling several hours.
The room had a sewer / dirty stagnate water smell from the bathroom area (shower, bidet, or tub) that would not go away after running the water in all three for a while. And guests should request additional bath towels upon checking in the 2 in the room were just not enough.
