To be honest The hotel is old and if you want water, they charge you everything have charge never in the world. I see the hotels charge you about the water. and the toilet was damaged.

The location and staff were exceptionally accommodating, facilitating an early check-in.
Complimentary access to the sauna and spa is provided, along with a choice of either a beverage or a snack.
From my perspective, I find all aspects satisfactory.

It was a beautiful hotel. The room was beautiful the beds so comfortable. If you want to see the sights the metro is a block away. To go to the Duomo it was 4 stops. Very quick and convenient. They have a parking garage that is extra.

Nice building and good parking in the garage below the hotel. It’s clean and in good condition. It’s actually quite nice hotel.

The property itself has a good location and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant. The lobby and common areas are well maintained, and the place gives the impression of being a quality establishment. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by the fact that I did not receive the suite I reserved, which completely changed my experience.
I did not like that the suite I reserved and paid for was not provided. Instead, I was given a different room without explanation. Even worse, when I raised a serious complaint, neither the hotel nor the booking platform made any effort to resolve the issue during my stay. This lack of honesty, accountability, and customer care was extremely disappointing.

Exceptional
Although little bit outside of the historical centre, it is still in a good and quite location. Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom all in marble, very beautifull and clean. Facilities are good. Swimming pool with 2 saunas is relaxing. Breakfast is worth its price. There is an underground private parking. Wonderfull staff, they greeted us late at night, provided with all the necessary information and even had a small gift for our 1 year old.

The overall experience feels very classy and elegant. The pool and spa area was a big plus traveling with kids in the hot summer. The restaurant good was delicious and service excellent. Subway station just one block away.
