The pool! And the rooms are beautiful! My 3 year old daughter didn’t want to leave, saying “but I love this room!”
We couldn’t get the shower to heat up. This wasn’t really a problem in summer but something for the hotel to look into.
Also the jacuzzi wasn’t really clean. We didn’t want to go in.

Wonderful
We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Visconti Palace.
The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well organized.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated.
The location is fantastic, with easy access to the metro and Bus 90, making it very convenient to explore Milan.
Breakfast was good. The buffet is not particularly large or luxurious, but it offers almost everything needed for a nice breakfast and we always found enough variety.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa area. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary access to the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.
It was absolutely wonderful and very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The spa facilities are beautiful, and we truly appreciated this thoughtful gift.
Thank you very much for making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only area that could be improved is housekeeping. A little more attention to room cleaning and room service would greatly enhance the overall experience. It’s a pity because the hotel itself, the room, and the facilities are excellent, but the housekeeping service slightly affected the enjoyment of our stay.
Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly recommend this hotel. With some improvement in housekeeping, it would easily deserve 5 stars.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, fine for two. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great (hot water, good pressure!). We were only there one night and it was great. We enjoyed breakfast - buffet-style. Staff was friendly.
Location for car-less travelers is not ideal. We arrived via train to Milano Centrale, it was also about 20 euros via taxi/Uber (there was no easy bus/metro route). I did use the fitness center for a quick workout. It was small and minimally equipped. But, that was minor.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. The spa was exceptional—relaxing, and one of the best parts of our visit.
The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended.

Wonderful
Good location. Right by underground station. Easy to navigate. Nice bar area. Room was nice. Added bonus of large pool area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Nice breakfast.
As it was a large property, maybe a bit impersonal as staff didn’t always acknowledge us. However, when we asked them a question they were helpful.
