A beautiful example of the classic European hotel experience, right down to checking your key in at the front desk. Comfortable suites.
Warning that this property can be very busy during a Milan fashion week. This led to slow service at the bar & spotty service at the restaurant. One fix is to get to the breakfast buffet early, as they typically run out of eggs by 10am

We are regular guests to Grand Hotel et de Milan. we love the location, staff, and cleanliness of the rooms. ACs work perfect exactly like the ones we have back home in the UAE. The rooms are very spacious, usually with many windows and balcony. The staff are amazing, theyre so helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is the best, they clean the rooms twice even in the turn down service they clean the rooms and replace towels, tissues, etc..
? These things make us always come back to this hotel. ?
The only thing they can improve in is the breakfast options, there has to be more variety of food for international guests. However, room service food is really good!

Beautiful place, amazing location, the staff are helpful, fast, very professional.
At the airport we realized that we forgot the passports in the safety box, the passports were on the way within 3 minutes of me calling them. I don’t know how they did it, great service.

The location , the building, the facilities, the window of the bathroom , bed linen .
I did not like at all the vanity goods , the smell was awful , I could not use the hand wash liquid , it smells so bad , you should change it , I had to buy a soap for me not to use the ones hotel offered . Also the brand of vanity items was very strange and not famous as The Leading Hotel member should offer high class vanity items. This is the only thing I want to complain about. Also I suggest to offer better quality chocolate with coffee in the lobby bar . It was not good .

Breakfast definitely needs to be improved! Taste , temperature and variety .
Bathroom needs to be renovated.
Anyone can take the elevator to the room. No security on room keys to be used in elevator.
