Poor
I enjoyed the location. It was very central to the old town.
It was very noisy. It was located in front of the tram line which ran till 2 am. I requested a quiet room and was told the hotel was fully booked. At 1:30 AM I rang the front desk to change rooms due to the noise. They organised another room that was less noisy. It was a shame they didn’t offer that room originally when I checked in.

The room was old world charm with all the amenities. Beautiful burl wood furniture. A bed so comfy you didn’t want to get out. Impeccably clean, large closets and mirrors. Walking through the hotel everything spoke 5 star.
