We stayed at Hotel Glam Milano as a family of four and had a really good experience. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and the customer service throughout our stay was excellent.
One of the highlights for us was the breakfast – plenty of choice and some really good English vegetarian options, which we appreciated. The kids were happy too, which is always a bonus!
Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location is super convenient—right across from Milano Centrale, so getting around the city was easy.
Overall, a great stay with warm service and good food. We’d happily book again!

The location was perfect! Just across from the train station. We went across the street for a lovely meal. Close to everything you need to get around.

Fantastic hotel. Reception and service was always great, always on hand to help. Breakfast was superb. Literally 3 mins walk from Milano Centrale
The only negative was the even with air con on. The room got to hot.

Location was great for proximity to Milan Centrale and loads of good restaurants close by. The suite itself was lovely- a great size and good amenities. It was a huge bonus to have the deck assigned specifically to our suite- the views were absolutely stunning.
Shower took along time to become warm.

Other than the friendly and helpful front desk staff, the location is steps away from the central Milan station, which is very convenient.
The room was somewhat a nightmare- the toilet flusher was loose (and close to broken) so once you flushed the toilet, it never stopped draining water into the bowl and you couldn’t flush again. There was no kettle in the room when we arrived and one had to be requested as the small bottle of water in the room costs 3EUR. Finally, the shower head did not actually fit the shower lead and it FLEW OFF when the shower was turned on almost hurting my family, thankfully there was a rain shower installed also, so we ended up using that instead. There was also a random bar of used soap at the bottom of our sink, which was unpleasant to find.

Location
Poor maintenance. Infact after complaining also they didn’t take any action. Ac was not working and they made me sleep with window open as there was no ventilation. The location is close to central. Couldn’t sleep for two nights… really horrible experience
