It would have helped if someone explained the lift as I've never seen that before. Also, I don't mind lifts at all but I didn't like this one as there were no buttons to press so you felt you had to pray to be delivered to your floor.
I like a cup of English tea in the morning and I had to ask twice as it wasn't refilled!

Really loved my stay here, even though it was just for one night.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great bed, a nice bathroom and actually a working AC.
The location is super convenient - close to both the metro and the train station.
The lift took me a moment to figure out since nobody explained how it works, but once sorted it wasn’t a big deal.

Didn’t eat breakfast. But the room was very clean, tidy. The staff were very nice even when I wanted to late the checkout that didn’t have a problem.
