Wonderful
Entering the hotel you can feel the atmosphere of elite and luxury vibes. Personnel is friendly and each person is properly doing his/her job. Each process is clear and transparent to make any guest happy.
I would also leave the warmest words towards SPA facilities - one of the best and calmest experiences during my life!
Some parts of our room looked quite tired and wishing to be updated/repaired. This is the only comment to leave, since everything was truly nice!

The cleanliness of the room was not perfect
There were no towels in the bathroom, especially small hand towels, and I asked several times and did not receive them
The water flow in the shower head was very weak and it was not possible to cool the water all the time. Very hot water. To this day, I am still upset about it
When I entered the shower, there was hair from a customer in front of me on the side of the shower handle and it was disgusting
This is not appropriate for a five-star hotel, and at the same time there was a noise as if water was dripping in a hidden place and I ask that you look into this because another customer will suffer from this

This is a magnificent hotel, in an excellent location.
I had a very unfortunate episode at the time of check in with an extremely rude member of the staff, to whom I asked a small favor that would have saved me lots of aggravation after a very long and exhausting trip . This person first refused the favor, then literally said that he would have done it if I had booked the stay directly with the property (and not through Booking), and when I protested proceeded to insult me in front of other staff and clients. Thankfully the Director (a very nice lady named Namchi or something similar) eventually stepped in and promptly solved the situation completely. However, this experience with this reception "manager" -- who, by the way, never apologized to me -- was beyond absurd for a 5 star luxury hotel that charges 600 euros per night. The rest of the staff was exceptionally nice.

the staff were excellent and the food was wonderful but expensive. The shuttle into town was a real asset.
