This is a magnificent hotel, in an excellent location.
I had a very unfortunate episode at the time of check in with an extremely rude member of the staff, to whom I asked a small favor that would have saved me lots of aggravation after a very long and exhausting trip . This person first refused the favor, then literally said that he would have done it if I had booked the stay directly with the property (and not through Booking), and when I protested proceeded to insult me in front of other staff and clients. Thankfully the Director (a very nice lady named Namchi or something similar) eventually stepped in and promptly solved the situation completely. However, this experience with this reception "manager" -- who, by the way, never apologized to me -- was beyond absurd for a 5 star luxury hotel that charges 600 euros per night. The rest of the staff was exceptionally nice.

I apparently got charged 3 times for taxes and fees mistakenly due to an error system and they took more than a 1000 euros and until now nothing is refunded… when I called regarding the deduction the first time they were very cold and said thats a procedure until it happened the 3rd time and I came to argue about it is when they said there is a system error.

I liked the size of the room, plenty of space for storing luggages. The breakfast timing was very convinient until 11:00am. however, they could work more on providing some Halal food as many Arab Muslim families stay there.
Although the train and subway station was very close and public transportation is convinient, the hotel location was in the part of Milan that I couldnt do much.

The furniture in the suite was poorly maintained; the wooden table was sloughed and worn, but not in a tasteful, vintage way.

After visiting Milan for many times on business trips this hotel is one of the best in the city especially that is relatively new and renovated, the location is amazing and the service is one of the best in the city
