Exceptional
Large room with a really comfortable bed
Breakfast was excellent, with a large range of options available.
The hotel is modern, with comfortable furniture throughout. The spa was small but of good quality.
The staff were friendly and helpful
Once we had our bearings, it was a nice walk into the main centre. If you don’t want to walk, the tram and metro stations are close by.
Nothing - it was excellent.
Ask the lady who makes the omelettes to smile! :)

Poor
Boutique hotel
AC not working even after switching rooms - room itself smelled smoke. Booked a ride to MXP and was told we will get private transport but a taxi van came instead who was even trying to overcharge us. Staff was helpful but could not resolve issue and offered nothing at all

Good
Breakfast was quite good.
Our hotel room felt quite dated and is in need of renovation. At the same time, the price was completely disproportionate to the quality and standard offered. Overall, the value for money was very poor. There was no parking space in the hotel garage.

Very Good
Breakfast, room size, restaurant all great. Close to a fab square with bars & restaurants.
The hotel is 50 mins from Malapansa airport by train. Trams 1 & 19 right outside. Metro 8 min walk.
The hotel has a super restaurant - dinner there our first night when we arrived later than expected was a highlight.
Rooms are clean. Fresh water. Fridge. Comfy beds.
Although it’s out from the main centre.
So easy to navigate all the highlights of a 3 night stay in Milan from this hotel.

Good
designed hotel at the end of Milan, there is a train/bus in front of the hotel to the city center but takes at least 40 min..
nothing to do around the hotel unless you have a car, parking of the hotel costs 23 euro per day, the hotel SPA is well designed but not eanough equippements and only 2 -4 guests can use at the same time
very good breakfast and nice stuff at the morning buffet
stuff is not very friendly
room is quit small
lobby is not very cosy only if you travle alone for buissness stay

Location was great for jumping on the tram to the centre and there is lovely cafe around the corner for coffee and breakfast. Bed was comfy, room was clean.
Air con wasn't working in the first room, but the staff were great and sorted out a new room. A little dated rooms but clean and comfy.

Breakfast was fabulous. Loved the raw honey and the eggs and bacon were lovely
Drilling/workmen at 8 in the morning I think in the room next door. Road noise from emptying bins at 6 in the morning. We didn’t want our rooms cleaned or made up but it was difficult to use the system to show that on the door.
