Location is perfect. Very closed to Duomo, shopping, metro, restaurant and a lot more. And even if area is busy, room is quiet even if at some point we opened the window. Breakfast is well chosen, limited but it has all the essentials. Would definitely still choose this hotel if i ever go back to Milan.

The location is perfect for shopping. Bed is soft. Room is clean and big.

not a "4 STAR HOTEL" experience. basic accommodations. they control the heat and air-conditioning. could not turn on the A/C. they shut it off according to the season.

Location
I booked a premium triple room for two persons (since I wasn’t sure if a third person would join). Later, the third person confirmed, and I sent several messages through Booking.com, but the hotel never responded. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that they had organized only small rooms for us. When I asked for the premium triple room, they insisted it was the same category as the double and told me I had to wait for the arrangement. Honestly, they don’t respond to any messages through Booking, and the so-called “premium” rooms are no different from the doubles and they confirm it, also they charge us more and also they charge for the breakfast even when we confirm that the third person did not join us. It’s a waste of money—save your money and don’t book the premium rooms here.

Close to the duomo literally around the corner . I really enjoyed the setup here . I had a separate living room with a nice size TV , bedroom and bathroom was really spacious . Staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed a taxi. Will definitely come back here in the future .

Location
The hotel was under construction and we were not given advance warning. Noise started @8am till around 6pm. Not good if you are traveling and want to relax. Breakfast was confusing and you had to take some back service elevator to get to it. I definitely would have switched hotels had I known.

The AC was a nice reprieve from the heat when I was there and the rooms were nice spacious and fully stocked. Great area quick walk to all the shops and restaurants. Great central location.
