Location, size of the room, good breakfast. Kind staff. Good cleaning.
The couch that was converted to a bed was uncomfortable. Sinking through the middle. It was also making noises when I was turning around while sleeping and waking up my wife from the spring noise. The room had plenty of space. They could keep the couch as a couch and put real comfortable beds.

This was a very cool hotel. Our room was lovely for our family of 4. The breakfast was amazing! It has everything from traditional Italian options to meats and cheeses. The location is walkable to most attractions (i.e. the Duomo & the Galleria) and higher-end shopping. The staff were super friendly and offered great recommendations for restaurants.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We checked in, dropped our bags in the room and within 2 minutes were standing under the shadow of the Duomo, in awe. The location is amazing, with easy access to the Duomo, the metro, lots of great restaurants and shopping.
It was unusually warm during our visit and the local restrictions prohibited the use of air conditioning during our visit, which made the evenings a little uncomfortable; opening the windows helped, but not completely.

The location. The lobby is nice as well.
The AC looks a bit old and weak. It Took ages to cool the room down and was noisy. The emergency light is on the whole night and it’s very strong, which is annoying. bedroom missing some lamp tables /reading light.
