the twin room i booked on booking.com was so-so, the bathroom was dated. later i moved to a premium room on the 5th floor - it was much nicer.
Breakfast was of poor quality - salad and vegetables were not fresh, scrambled eggs did not look appetizing, coffee was so-so.

Location was great.
The room was ok didn't like the plastic floor -which had stains. The hairdryer plug in the bathroom didn't work. No outlet charging facilities for your phone - only old ones. Breakfast was average- paid for it and only had it once. You had to go outside and around to get to the breakfast room. The advertised photos showed a gym that didn't exist. Husband responded to a hotel survey, and the reply was the manager would get back to him -still waiting.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the Duomo, with shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions all within walking distance.
The hotel is clean, and the lobby has a nice smell
There are Arabic-speaking staff at the reception and in room service
The rooms are good, not very spacious.
coffee, jelly sweets, and marshmallows , available in the lobby
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
The heater it's not working on all the room.
There is no telephone on the room to reach the receiption in case something needed

Very neat, clean and quiet apartment hotel. Its just around the corner from the Duomo and shops , easily accessible from the train station, just half hour walk literally. Very neat, clean, and quiet apartment hotel.

The location was excellent. The room size was good, and the toilet and bathroom were nice. The breakfast was quite sufficient and enjoyable. The hotel’s location was much better than i expected, very close to the metro and the Duomo. For those who want to shop, all the stores are nearby. If I go to Milan again, i will definitely stay at this hotel without looking for another place.
The beds were small, and the bedding was not appropriate. The bed itself was small, and what they provided as a duvet was something like a thicker cover placed between two sheets. Sleeping was not very comfortable because the bed was small and the cover was unsuitable. In such a nice hotel, i would have expected a larger bed and a proper duvet on the bed.
