Wonderful
The staff is very nice and considerate. The room is clean and is swept every day. The bathroom is perfect. The location is kind of ok, close to the Lima M1 subway station, while it is a 15-minute walk from the Milano Centrale.
The lift usually needs time to wait.

Near the central station.
1. The bathroom door does not close, which creates a very uncomfortable situation, especially when staying with a friend.
2. There are no bathrobes or slippers. Only one bottle of water and two coffee capsules are provided. The curtains do not close completely, so the light from the street makes it difficult to sleep.
The hotel itself is old, and the overall condition reflects that the furniture and equipment are outdated. The hairdryer is dusty inside, and the toilet brush clearly needs to be replaced. The hallways have old carpets and feel dusty. The elevator is outdated and barely fits two people.

Perfect Location for Milan. Close to everything.
Staff was very very helpful and cordial.
It was very hot in April in Milan and the AC was not working. Had to open the windows and then it was extremely noisy.

This hotel is a solid choice for anyone planning a trip to Milan. The location is highly practical (near M1 metro line), serving as a convenient base for getting around the city. The interiors feature a modern and well-thought-out design that gives the hotel a distinct character. Finally, the professional service ensures an efficient and hassle-free stay.
We either didn't know how to use air conditioner or it wasn't working. We decided to open a window instead. Apart from that everything was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpfully. A special mention to Stefano: I was traveling alone with my 10 year old son, who loves planets and constellations, and as soon as Stefano found out, he told me about the Milan Planetarium. When he learned that it was our last night, he took the trouble to find us a show for that evening.

Metro station Lima just 1 min of walking, plenty of shops around the hotel. There are also true local restaurants with cheap and good food. Room was very clean.
I would suggest to provide slippers.

The staff was excellent! They answered all my questions and very helpful with suggestions regarding eating establishments. They helped us navigate the metro. The staff responded quickly when we had a problem with the shower. The location is excellent M1 Lima stop is 2 minutes away, you don't even have to cross the n arrow street to get to the station. I would recommend this hotel if you want no frills clean, comfortable & affordable hotel in Milan.
The shower head in the room needs to be replaced and the shower did not drain the 1st time we used it. Fortunately we noticed (even without my eyeglasses) before we flooded the room. However, we were able to use the shower in another room. (Was fixed next day though). The room was very warm had to leave windows open overnight to cool the room.

The location was so good, right on top of Lima metro station, which made the whole city easily accessible. The staff were very kind and it was great to have a lift for our luggage. The rooms were cool and breakfast was yummy.

I had room with the bath tub. The amazing room, bed with pillows is very comfortable, I really loved to sleep there. Incredible breakfast, the staff is very friendly.
I didn't understand how to turn off the light in the bathroom, it seems to me there was no possibility to turn it off at all, so the light in the bathroom was all the time, and at night it was annoying. Also the coffee machine on the breakfast was not making hot coffee, but warm, it cooled down very quickly
