Upgraded room at no cost, fantastic! This was due to renovations underway in the hotel. The location was near the Centrale Stazione and metro stop (10 min walk). There were 6 restaurants within a 2 block walk. Room was very quiet.
Charge for breakfast but the cost was reasonable.

Location was good, staff was nice and accommodating. The room was clean and safe.
The street noise was non stop. When we checked in we were given an “upgrade” to a separate building the. The main hotel. We couldn’t keep the windows open due to the noise level and with the windows closed it was still loud. The walls were very thin. Could hear complete conversations. The bed was uncomfortable, well used and sloped in the middle.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. One of the staff members, Fernando, was exceptionally friendly and helpful — he even offered me an upgrade! I stayed in the building next to the hotel, which has five newly renovated private rooms, and it was a really nice experience.
The location is perfect — close to the station, surrounded by great restaurants for dinner, and lovely spots for breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely recommend this place.
My only small comment is that I wish the room had a balcony or that the window opened to an outdoor space. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend this place.

We booked the hotel very last minute due to train strikes that couldn’t get us to our planned destination. The staff were really friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade to an executive room which was so appreciated! The rooms were somewhat small but comfortably fit everything we needed and gave us complimentary water. The best thing about the hotel is that it’s under 10 min walk from Milano Centrale station so made it super easy to get our train early the next morning! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful
Location great near central station, a tram stop, and local bars and restaurants. Being able to park the car in the garage - at an extra cost - was also very much appreciated by us. We had a refurbished room and it was lovely. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Very much recommended.
We didn’t investigate the breakfast or bar at all, maybe we should have, didn’t feel encouraged to do so.

Extraordinarily kind and accommodating staff. I inquired about the bathtub room as I'd read about it in previous reviews but wasn't sure whether it was available under the chosen booking. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that my inquiry had been taken into account. My stay couldn't have been better.
I only wished I could have stayed longer.
